   The waiters was a little judgy making an excuse to speak to us to let us know we had to have the full course even tho that was the plan but other than that the food was amazing had the soup and bread for starter which was unreal and the steak was my favourite I’ve had and the sticky toffee pudding was just sticky toffee pudding but still good atmosphere was nice views really nice overall nice dining experience

   Valentines Dinner wasn’t good value. Set price £90, paid extra for guaranteed window view table, the glass of fizz wasn’t offered although it was part of the set menu, we had to ask by which time the canopies had arrived, my husband wasn’t seated & a minute later the starters arrived. The main , steak was very good but just warm, 1 small potato , no vegetable just a swirl of sauce. Desert, 1 piece of cheese which was good. Service was good but overall expensive for what it was.

   We wanted to try something new! Fantastic location and views from the 20th floor. Excellent service from the restaurant team, very attentive and available. The restaurant was very busy which is usually a good sign. Unfortunately, that’s as good as it got. We started with a bottle of Prosecco but no ice bucket. Starters came quickly yet they were bland. Mains came soon enough and the beef fillet was unfortunately lukewarm. The sea bass on the other hand was hot but smothered with too much salt. And lastly, dessert! Mine was a delight with great tastes and textures however, my wife had the sorbet which was very sharpe and honestly, in-edible and promptly left the majority uneaten. As the night was valentines night, we did have a small expectation that the restaurant would be appropriately themed, also no, not a single balloon anywhere, no romantic effort what so ever. My wife and me always enjoy our nights out regardless and the overall experience was interesting but not special.

   I had booked for the Valentine's Day meal. Unfortunately for the price paid we did not get the wow factor. We eat out quite alot and we both agreed that we could of went to another restaurant we know about and would of had a fantastic evening. While the food and the service was exceptionally good. The evening just felt a bit rushed and the total cost for the evening was just short of £500. We could of had a date night in Paris for the same cost. The special evening we thought we were going to have just never materialised. I would to mention Roberto who looked after our table. He was very engaging and his service was excellent a credit to 20 stories. If my thanks can be passed on to him.

   On Valentines night we had a great night . The food was excellent , the service first class with a great lead waiter and it was full of interesting couples who were having a great time .

    Stale feeling sandwiches. Excellent hot food. Scones were good. Tea was poor. Desserts were ok but looked bought in. Service was extremely hit and miss. Either too much or ignoring you. Bit disappointing
