   A case of “style over substance”. Place was great, views across Manchester stunning but, unfortunately, the food was mediocre.

   Nice place but we were disappointed when we arrived we been given the table without view. I booked this restaurant 3 weeks in advance and on arrival they told there are life queue for a table near the window. I was shocked. No priorities for pre bookings. We expressed our disappointment and the team managed to get for us the table near the window. Will we return - definitely no. Food nice but very overpriced.

   It’s not a cheap night out but always a special one. The food was excellent, the wine was great and the service was first class. The views and ambience are fabulous and it remains my favourite restaurant in Manchester….so long as someone else is paying!!

   The setting and the views of the Manchester skyline at night go a long way to supporting the premium pricing. It is a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately on this occasion the food and the initial handling of our complaints did not justify the prices. Of the 4 main courses 2 were cold and the other 2 whilst warm enough to eat could not be described as hot. We were not aware of other diners experiencing similar problems so perhaps we were just unlucky.

   Had a really nice dinner in 20 Stories, lovely food and atmosphere. When it came to the end we asked to take off the service charge, as charity had already been added to the bill and we would leave cash. At this point the server became rude and dismissive, a dissapointing ending to a lovely meal.

   The food here is amazing so tasty and beautifully presented. The drinks from cocktails to the wine is top notch and the service is some of the best I’ve had anywhere. And wow the location and view of the city is spectacular. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough, please try!

   Lovely afternoon tea on a Monday in Manchester. Extremely attentive waiter who added to the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone - lovely view - lovely cakes and sandwiches

    Well worth visiting. The staff make you feel so welcome and really look after your every need. The quality of the food, drink, ambiance and facilities is 100%, you will not be disappointed. Such a special place to dine and drink in a lovely place with amazing views of the city of Manchester. We’ll be back very soon. By the way the Yorkshire puddings on the Sunday roast just melt in the mouth, stunning.
