Lovely venue and really nice servers, the afternoon tea was poor. The sandwiches were dry and tasteless and the desserts weren’t good.

Really enjoyed our experience here. Had afternoon tea and the food and service was excellent. I have special dietary requirements and this was catered for with care being taken to not have cross contamination. I would recommend 20 stories to anyone looking for a nice atmosphere and good food and service. I would definitely go back there soon.p

Food and service were amazing. The service in particular was stand out for us! Great buzz in the restaurant/ bar also. Definitely will be back!

We at arrived at the restaurant and took the lift to the 20th floor. Panoramic view of our amazing city . The service was second to none. We were seated at an amazing booth table would highly recommend. We were attended to immediately coat taken , napkins places on laps, drink order taken ! From start to finish we had six staff deal with us on our visit . The staff were outstanding each welcomes us and were professional and attentive they could not do enough for us. Lunch three course menu which had a fantastic choice with meals to suits all tastes. Ham hock terrine and sourdough chicken main with additional side of garlic mushroom and green beans. All the food was perfect full of flavour and just the right amount. Will be back soon can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely setting was let down by constant reminders by the staff that we only had the table for 2 hours. We knew this on booking and the fact that it was mentioned on every course did diminish our enjoyment of the evening.

Good location and ambiance. Overpriced food for the quality. Ordered a sharing lamb platter which came with no veg or sides. Ordered them separately only to get the smallest bowl of green beans. Asked for a second one as it was for 2 people only to be told they had run out of veg on a Saturday night. Really? No other veg on the menu!!! Disappointed.

Amazing having dinner with that view! Very welcoming and attentive staff and food was delicious. Disappointed by being rushed to finish, we did not in any way take our time to order but ordered all our food straight away when asked by the staff including our drinks. When we had not finished all of our main we were told we had 5 minutes left for our dessert. Then we could tell the staff was rushing us. Taking the dessert plate as soon as we laid our spoons down even though there were food left on it, making sure we were done and ready to pay while taking the dessert plate away. So our experience started out better than expected but ended with us feeling chased out

Excellent food. The music was too loud for such a good restaurant, the atmosphere was rather clubby, not what I was looking for.
