For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina. Guests are treated to a wide range of mouth-watering selections, including Potato Crusted Salmon, Wild Shrimp Scampi Fettuccini, and Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon, while relaxing and enjoying the expansive views of the marina, which often features fishing boats, birds, seals and more! The popular lobster bisque and New England clam chowder have been favorites for years. The Landing serves cocktails, a full wine list, and non-alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was developed and opened in 1990 by Dick Mannila, a retired USMC Vietnam veteran, who previously developed 31 Rusty Scupper restaurants across the country. This classic, elegant yet casual restaurant is a not to be missed dining experience.

Our party had a wonderful experience. We returned because we had such a great experience the first time we were there in October. We'll definitely go back--often.

Food was *very* delicious, everyone was happy with their meals - it killed the conversation for a few minutes as everyone oohed aahed and wowed We had these three meals Swordfish Fisherman's Platter Shrimp scampi We also had the Lobster bisque and New England chowder soups.

We were staying at the Doubletree and this restaurant was close by so thought we would try it out. The employees were welcoming. It is a large restaurant so we were seated right away. The cocktail menu sounded great but were just ok. We ordered an espresso and lemondrop martini. Then for an appetizer we ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were very good. My husband ordered the steak with shrimp and I had the stuffed salmon. Coming from New England where the seafood is excellent, I would say the size and flavors of the meals were very good. All in all, the food was good, cocktails left something to be desired and the furnishing were very dated.

Traditional style restaurant with great food and service. Food is fresh. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Portions are large. Will definitely stop by again when in the area.

We came there to have the stuffed salmon at 6:30 p.m. and they were sold out, we left did not order any meals and went somewhere else for dinner

Great place to have a nice dinner. Food is usually good and so is the service. On occasion my wife and I have experienced average service, and food was not quite as good as the previous times but that can probably be said about most places. After sunset there are nice views of the boats in the water under the lights at the Marina. Not an overly fancy place but nice enough to have a romantic dinner in a booth. Experience is always better when you get a responsive & enthusiastic waitress/waiter.

Well it was a little to cold with the fans on it chilled the food faster the waitstaff was attentive and nice we were let in and seated fast I liked that
