The hostess on shift needs an attitude adjustment. We made a reservation for our fifth anniversary and were sandwiched between two other tables. We asked to be moved - even offered to wait for a more comfortable accommodation, but the hostess simply told us “no”. We left and went to another restaurant in the Village (no reservation) and they saved the evening. They too were busy, but were thrilled to have us for our special occasion. We understand Fresco’s is a busy place, and it’s impossible to make everyone’s visit perfect, but having some basic customer service skills goes a long way. There is too much competition in this industry to deal with smug teenagers at the host stand.

Great food and very nice service, only hiccup we noticed after paying/leaving we were not given the happy hour pricing on the items ordered even though during happy hour.

Food was very good. Service was outstanding. Only complaint was the temperature inside. It was very cold. Had to eat with my jacket on but we were close to the front door and the outside patio.
