28°-50° by Night brings the same sophisticated yet relaxed approach to wine and food which is characteristic of 28°-50°, but with a twist. Live jazz and blues music sets the ambiance as you dine from our seasonal modern European A La Carte menu which is served until 1am. Our in-house team of passionate sommeliers are always on hand to help pair your meal with our exquisite wine list. 28°-50° by Night offers an intimate underground atmosphere which, paired with the live band, evokes a sense of decadence reminiscent of the 1920s jazz scene. Music was great but venue, service, food were all average. Unfortunately there was an event taking place in the bar area behind the tables where we were having dinner and listening to the excellent jazz music/singer and the noise from the event interfered with the performance. If there wasn't a function taking place in the same space it would probably improve the performance enjoyment significantly but I have no idea how you can be sure that will be the case. I will find a different venue with the same musicians...

Poor service, everything was so slow. Asked for the bill 3 times, ended up going to the bar to pay. Steak was very average. Not worth the money unfortunately.

This was my first time at 28-50 At Night. I had a wonderful experience. The ambience is excellent, the food was nice and the service was top notch. The music was also quite lovely. The manager/ host (Raymond) did a beautiful job and a great time was had by all diners. I will come back regularly!

Fabulous evening in a small intermit venue. Raymond the manager was a breath of fresh air. He welcomed us in to an empty venus that soon filled. He and his staff then expertly made sure we had everything we needed and ensured we had a great experience. Would definitely be returning. The live music was very great although I’m no expert in Jazz and the food and drinks were reasonably priced.

Raymond was the highlight of the night for us. What a top class waiter (maybe he’s the manager as he acts on this level). He easily charged our table for my elderly mother and took her by the arm/hand to walk her to the table as she has slight mobility problems. He’s service is better than staff at the Ivy restaurants and he is a true asset to the restaurant. Helena was also amazing and also took care of my mother during bathroom trips. Overall the service staff went far above and beyond excellent service.

Love the ambience of 28-50 Jazz Club! We were there for the Christmas Day lunch & for anyone who wants a 'different' & lively Christmas celebration, this was lovely. The musicians were fabulous. Everyone in the room pulled their crackers, put their hats on & had a fabulous time. Me, hubby & 20 yr old daughter were 'out on a limb' this year, hence our 'different' Christmas Day but very glad we chose 28-50. Would go back again & would also recommend to a 'solo' as everyone so friendly & warm :)

The place is amazing, the vibe, the energy and atmosphere was so lovely. The music brought it all together and you can hear everyone just enjoying themselves and their night. Overall the place looked beautiful and when we first arrived it was spectacular but then it went downhill from there. The service and communication between the manager, serves, kitchen and host was very poor when it came to our table. After 20 mins of ordering out food we was told it was never put through, a sever apologised and gave a discount off our bill due to the inconvenience. This does not negate that through the night we didn’t feel like we were taken care of. We ordered bread after 20-30 mins of not getting it we asked a different server , he apologised on behalf of his colleagues and brought it out. The food was exquisite, I had the lamb, my husband got the Rib eye. We also had a server on the table next to us making plans with a customer for a future birthday party for her daughter (she was going to use this place as the venue) and it really killed me and my husbands romantic vibe. She was standing hunched over their table right next to my husband speaking loud as the music was on and there for around 40 minutes coming and going , sketching out plans , no regard for us. We just wanted to enjoy our evening and she blocked the view of the stage for us as well. At the end we got the bill and they had charged us for the complimentary drinks. On top of that as we were originally offered a 50 percent discount on food by the host for all the inconveniences, another server brought us the bill and offered 25. I had to explain what was offered in the first place and that the drinks were complimentary, she didn’t know any of this apparently so she had to check with the other serves and host. She then reversed my payed bill and charged the correct amount. I wish it could’ve been better because the place was wonderful and it’s a shame we didn’t have a great night for my husbands 26th birthday.

Amazing place to go and chill and listen to some music. Great to escape the hustle and bustle of wigmore street. Cheese and wine offering is great too
