    Not worth it. Food is not good. Service is bad and took forever to just go get seated. Food came out slow

    Mother’s Day Nearly ruined. I made a reservation for 13 people two weeks prior to avoid any issues. Our party arrived on time at 11:45 am. There was no one at the hostess station and the restaurant was not that busy. We waited 10 minutes until I finally summoned someone from the kitchen area. Our reservation was meaningless. 3 different people came out at different times and asked how many people were in our party and told us they were getting our table ready. 30 minutes later we were told they were setting us up a table in the back banquet room (which was in view). After complaining again, we watched as they moved tables around and set it up. We waited another 15 minutes until I grabbed the manager again. He told me that there’s a two hour wait at every restaurant today. I’m furious at this point. That’s why I made a reservation! After almost an hour, I told him we are done waiting. I called Applebee’s on the other side of the parking lot and asked how long the wait was for 13 people. 10 minutes. We left. Horrible experience. Our 4 toddlers, 93 year old grandpa, my dad in a wheelchair, and the rest of us all headed to Applebees and got seated right away. Great service from their staff, especially Maria our server. We will never go to 3 Roots Again.

    This was my first time here and unfortunately it didn’t start out well. I was looking forward to chips and salsa instead they brought pinwheels and hot sauce I was so disappointed. I started with the corn dish and while it was good I tasted a little too much “char” for my liking. The beef taquitos were very tasty. I ordered the enchiladas suizas which was supposed to come with refried beans but they gave me black beans which I don’t like. When I cut open one of the chicken enchiladas I found a whole leaf, I’m assuming it was a bay leaf to add flavor but it should have been removed, so that ruined the enchiladas for me. Service started out good but then I never saw my server again until I asked for the bill. This was not a place that I will come back to.

    I looked up, “mariachi”, experience to celebrate a birthday. I phoned in to confirm the day before. Everything was setup. We were the only diners in the restaurant. So we expected great service. Service was very slow. We helped setup our own tables. We knew then we should relocate but we were too large of a party, to pick up and go. We were told upon arriving and asking- mariachi starts at 7pm- we arrived at 645. About 715 we ask for the mariachi, and we got two different stories. Either way. No mariachi. The service was very slow. One waiter for a party that ended up being about 16, reservation was for 13. Over a handful of waitress or staff just standing around. No other parties arrived to eat there. We made the best of it- but I discourage anyone wanting a mariachi experience to come here.

    They were kind enough to put out chips instead of chicharones. The enchilada suiza was really yummy, and the margaritas were delicious too!

    Delicious! there was a party with live music and dancing in the same room as our group. fun lighting. good prices. green sauce was fantastic! didn't love the red sauce, but overall - it was a great evening! thanks so much!

    Made a reservation ahead of time for Mother's day weekend, but when we arrived realized that there was no such thing that day. The restaurant was comically understaffed which is not uncommon these days, but they really should have stopped seating people. It was a buffet service with zero food (they had run out of everything), no silverware or cups for the first 45 min we were there. But for some reason the undermanned staff decided to keep seating people, including walk-ins. I'll give the service staff the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a money grab by management. Food itself was actually decent once it was re-stocked over halfway through our stay. We saw several people walk out after being seated, and we should have done the same.

    Food is really good and so are the drinks. Amazing atmosphere and good service. Plus really good music. Traditional Mexican food.
