I received an email from OpenTable advising we didn’t show up for the reservation, which is completely untrue so be careful when checking in and you may want to do it twice just to make sure you avoid these inconveniences. WE DID INDEED attend the reservation. Not only DID we attend the reservation, we actually arrived early, only to be seated and then not receive service for 30 minutes. The best part of our brunch experience was being served by a waitress, who was already clearly having a bad day, and she certainly did not limit her efforts to let us know that. It may be hard to tell from this particular review, but we are typically the most easy-going, laid-back, understanding people when it comes to things happening in life. But to receive a false email chastising us NOT missing our reservation on top of receiving bad service is way too much! Get it together 360 Brunch House!!

It was more than we could have imagined! The ambiance and atmosphere was great! It was raining when we arrived but it was super delightful. Our waitress, food and drinks were all great! Looking forward to visit soon.

They used to have the best brunch item I have ever eaten at any restaurant, steak eggs Benedict. I decided on Friday we were going there today so I made a reservation. I had been looking forward to eating it for 2 days. I was so disappointed when I didn’t see it on the menu. My wife’s favorite was the French toast flight which they no longer have as well. We asked the waitress about it and told her they were the reason we went and she just said they don’t have it anymore. No empathy or personality. Service was not as good as normal either. My coffee cup sat empty most of the meal. Waitress never noticed or asked if we needed anything else. Then when we asked for the check she gave it to us right away but took 10 minutes to come back to get the credit card.

Drinks food and especially the whiskey apple French toast did not disappoint Everything was great. .

Went in to this place just off wanting brunch and it being 7 minutes away from home. Oh and am I glad we chose it, not only was the service amazing so was the drinks and food. The waiters were very attentive and respectful and even when a slight accident while lighting the flaming pancakes the waiter didn’t panic and continued the service as normal. I can’t remember the exact name of what I ordered but I’m glad I did it was amazing. Did I mention the amount of avocados was not stingy ? Mimosas were not watered down and still got the job done. Will definitely be back

Overall a happy experience. Our waitress was amazing. The food was typical of an average brunch place. However the chicken in the Chicken and waffles was very dry and lacking a lot of flavor and meat for what it’s priced. The birthday pancake was very special. In summary all the prices were a bit steep for the food but the experience was good for a birthday brunch celebration.

I was very disappointed during my visit. Making a reservation was a waste of time. Completely ignored to seat first come, first serve. The food was subpar at best. I had tiny chicken tacos, and the chicken tasted old. I had an unsweet tea my daughter had a coke. They were served in an old fashion (liquor glass) glass which she did not fill up. We were never offered a refill; my daughter finally asked for a refill. My daughter had a waffle breakfast with eggs and two slices of bacon. We spent $60 for this unpleasant meal. Overpriced for subpar food. I do not recommend it!
