   Service was terrible, even though it wasn’t particularly busy. We had a table of 2 and waited approximately 20 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, then an 30 additional minutes for olives and bruschetta to be delivered. Every time we asked for another drink we had to remind them at least once before it was delivered. The staff didn’t seem to care or apologise for the delays, and didn’t seem surprised when we asked for the service charge to be removed.

   The service was absolutely shocking. We were in there an hour and decided to leave after waiting for drinks for 30 minutes. Nice views mind.

   Disappointing visit this time - basics like keeping the toilets stocked with paper etc totally overlooked and incredibly slow service. No DJ either so the evening was good but not great - crowd is getting younger too, not a great mix

   We were allowed to book a table in the restaurant even after they stopped serving food. Considering this was valentines night an extremely poor experience and no staff member nor booking site mentioned this ‘little fact’. Extremely disappointing and definitely won’t be eating at one of these restaurants again.

   Arrived and seated quickly and had no problems, drinks came fast and high quality but took a while for food to be ordered and then when it arrived it was the wrong order completely, our mains were forgotten about and ended up waiting an hour between starters and mains to eat.

   We did not eat. We only had drinks, but again like the gino d’campo we waited too long for 2 drinks, he did mention he would knock it off the bill for the wait time but then again forgot when served the bill, so I paid without mentioning to avoid complaining about incompetence. The actual bar area and views were really nice.

   Amazing night, very accommodating at making a large table available for us. Staff were very attentive, food was fab, chicken Caesar salad was a stand out dish, meatballs were very good as was everything else. Views were incredible too.

    The service was really slow, took us over an hour to get our food ordered and brought out. We were sat in a cover table with no lighting but surround by other tables that had lighting. It was freezing, had to wear our coats inside. When out good came out there now no cutlery and took some time for the waiter to find any and he joked that he could never find any cutlery in the place. The staff themselves were really nice but I had higher expectations. The salmon was also nice as was the view
