Located on the 18th floor of INNSiDE by Meliá, Sky Bar and Sky Bar Terrace are two of Liverpool’s most coveted venues. Combining world-class cocktails with unrivalled views of the city’s skyline, the exclusive restaurant and bars deliver an unforgettable experience.

Soak up the sun along with the incredible scenery at the newly opened Sky Bar Terrace. Suspended over 270 feet above the ground, the contemporary terrace is the highest alfresco bar in Liverpool and unquestionably the chicest spot from which to watch the setting sun.
When the night draws in along with the weather, the drinks continue to flow at Sky Bar. Here guests can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Liverpool and beyond, with the venue’s resident DJs playing long into the night.

    With a deli selection including bruschetta and gourmet sandwiches, freshly baked buttermilk scones followed by sweet treats such as chocolate cake . PLEASE NOTE, all afternoon tea reservations must be made 24 hours in advance, any reservation made less than 24hrs prior to the booking date will not be guaranteed. All reservations are booked as a standard afternoon tea. Afternoon Tea's are not available on the day, requesting afternoon tea in booking comments will not be honored. Please ensure any guest allergies are made known at least 48hrs prior to your booking date. A £20 deposit is required when booking your table, this will be deducted from the final bill. The cost for Afternoon Tea is £34 per person.

    An absolute fiasco from start to finish…. We booked afternoon tea through open table for 2 people the cost was £25 per person. When we arrived we were told the price was incorrect, they had an error on their website and the actual price was £39 per person. We then asked could we add an extra person and turn it into A booking for 3. They said yes but it would be at £39. We said okay, they then brought the afternoon tea but there was items missing, from the extra afternoon tea. They then informed us that this was due to the extra person being a ‘ walk in’ so they didn’t have enough scones When we complained they added in an extra cheeecake bite. The scones were dry, over baked and basically inedible, the cakes were not as described on the menu and were clearly frozen, and mass produced ( some still had frost on) The peppermint tea was made with about half a pound of tea leaves so was bitter and undrinkable. Service was dismal despite restaurant being empty, it took several attempts to get the Prosecco we had paid for, and glasses of water. Not worth £39 not even worth £20,I’ve had better cakes and service in Greggs. So bad it was laughable. On the plus side we laughed so much at how bad it was, we had a really good time

    After booking for over a week, we arrived and were told there were no tables available apart from the one right at the door. We sat down and were repeatedly walked past by multiple staff members. We left after 40 minutes of waiting to be served. Sad way to start our anniversary night off, which was clarified in the booking.

    We booked here as a couple for a date night. The ambience is excellent and the views are excellent. That's where the positives end, sadly. We waited over 25 minutes for our drinks order to be taken. It seemed the waiter was attentive to every one else around us which was very frustrating. We were there for one hour and no one came to ask if we'd like another drink or any food. I had to continuously get tup looking for someone to serve us. The waiter was rude and couldn't be bothered with us. We were talking to another couple who had experienced the same poor service. It's a shame because it is a beautiful venue but poor service and poor food let's it down.

    Such a lovely evening celebrating my husbands birthday. I requested a nice table to enjoy the celebration and we were put in the corner with an amazing view. Drinks were delicious!

    If you want to sit at the front, you need to say when you book. We asked to sit there and even though they had free tables we had to sit where the view wasn't as good. We also waited a long time for a second drink so we left without ordering. When we mentioned these things we didn't have to pay for the first drinks we had. It could have been much better than it was.

    Booked a table for myself and my daughter for her birthday. Last minute I text to ask if we could add another guest. We arrived it’s wasn’t a problem the waitress just pulled up another chair. The restaurant is sleek, and modern with a chilled vibe. The views was great my daughter and her friend had plenty of photo opportunities taking in the view. Service was friendly, we ordered drinks, mocktails was deliciously presented. Staff was attentive but not overpowering Would recommend and would definitely return

    Service was terrible, even though it wasn’t particularly busy. We had a table of 2 and waited approximately 20 minutes for our drinks to be delivered, then an 30 additional minutes for olives and bruschetta to be delivered. Every time we asked for another drink we had to remind them at least once before it was delivered. The staff didn’t seem to care or apologise for the delays, and didn’t seem surprised when we asked for the service charge to be removed.

    The service was absolutely shocking. We were in there an hour and decided to leave after waiting for drinks for 30 minutes. Nice views mind.

    Disappointing visit this time - basics like keeping the toilets stocked with paper etc totally overlooked and incredibly slow service. No DJ either so the evening was good but not great - crowd is getting younger too, not a great mix
