Nice place to eat, David is very welcoming host. I would recommend this to anyone looking for nice place to eat.

4th Street Bistro is doing something different to your typical hill country BBQ-and-biscuits joint. The menu is French Bistro inspired and changes with the seasons and ingredients. The staff are super friendly, the dining room is fresh and well decorated. They have a decent wine list. I would recommend this if you are looking for a break from BBQ and southern/country cooking. Check out the menu online to make sure it's to your taste.

A really nice restaurant in a small Texas town. The owners are great people who really care about their customers having a memorable experience. We'll back with our friends.

Lovely, quiet spot for dinner. Unique fixe pris menu is limited but we just go to their website, which is always up to date, and go if the menu strikes us that weekend. The decor is quaint and peaceful, and soft background music is very conducive to conversation, something we find lacking in many restaurants these days. All the courses we have had have been delicious and presented nicely and last weekend I will say the salad and appetizer were outstanding. The wine list has moderately priced wine and the evening is a good value. Well worth the drive from Austin or San Antonio. Come early to Blanco and stop at the Real Ale Brewery or walk around the town square or along the river. 4th Street Bistro provides a very pleasant experience!

The food is delicious and is presented beautifully. The chef came out to meet us and to make sure that we were having a good experience. The service, ambiance, and wine list were all good. We will definitely be back.

This is the third time that I have dined at 4th St. Bistro. Their food is delicious and their wine and beer list is extensive and thoughtful. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant and yet has a small town casualness. It's expensive for Blanco, but the attention to detail that the owners give their customers is worth it. I have been meaning to try the Thursday happy hour and plan to do so in the near future.

We had an amazing time! Food was great! We were able to have a romantic dinner without going very far or paying to much! We love this place. We will definitely be back soon!! Great find!!!
