   Seated quickly with our reservation. Greeted quickly by wait staff, food came out quickly as well. Burgers were delicious, drinks very good. My only point, fries not as crispy and hot as I would have liked. Overall, would eat there again with kids or for a more casual vibe when by Time Square!

   We have eaten here twice during our trip. Not much to choose from if you don’t eat meat but the N5 Veggie is the best vegetarian burger I’ve ever eaten. Salads are incredible too. Great cocktails.

   My guest and i both ordered the tuna burger on lettuce. It was tough and not enjoyable. Because of the service and everything else, we stayed and didn't complain after.

   5 Napkin Burger isn’t a normal Restaurant. It’s much more, despite that the food is from outstanding quality it’s a great experience. After a long day walking New York it’s a bonus!

   The food was not quite as good as I remembered from my last visit. With the crowded room and music amped up high, inevitably, one order was wrong, and it was for the one first timer at the table. Also, it makes no sense to give a diner a tea bag, a cup of hot water and pot of hot water; you should use pots big enough for steeping, then pouring. Always end on an up note, best Bloody Mary in a long time.

   Hell’s Kitchen’s Five Napkin veggie burger was yummy ! The veggies were tasty and the salad was a 3.5 /5 stars, it needed more dressing perhaps ? . The lemonades were refreshing !

    Our server was extremely attentive. We were a party of five and ordered the wings appetizer, drinks, burgers and dessert (apple pie, brownie sundae). Everyone enjoyed the patty melts, cheeseburgers and bacon cheddar burgers, We shared the tower of onion rings, and order of french fries. Overall, having an early dinner at 5 Napkin Burger was so convenient as the concert venue was two avenues away. The only issue I would have is that even with a reservation, we were seated at a very tight table.
