   Went for a special occasion, everyone from host to waitress made it a great evening. Food was excellent and staff attentive without being disruptive.

   It’s a mirage, a phony. 501 Prime does not mean prime beef. Far from it. You can buy better beef in a low end supermarket. I’ve been in the food business for 30 years. I was seriously misled.

   Food, ambience service was impeccable! Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the food and drinks! I had the salmon with mango sals and honey Brussel sprouts. This is the best salmon that I have ever had! My husband had the pork chop that was to die for! It had a salad and mashed potatoes under the pork chop. Amazing!

   Wine prices are ridiculous. Our appetizers, salads and desserts were top level but the entrees were mediocre and very pricey.

   We had an incredible experience. We sat at the bar for our anniversary, and the GM and bartender treated us to an amazing time. Their bourbon selection is out of this world, and their knowledge backs it up. I had a flight chosen by the staff, and loved them all. We had a light snack before our other plans for the night, and the food was perfect. They accommodated my gluten allergy without any issues at all. We will definitely be returning the next time we're in Hot Springs.

   One of the best “hidden” gems in the state. Chef is amazing. Dave runs the place and is a true professional. He interacts with the patrons and works right alongside his people. The drinks are fantastic, and the food is even better. Once you have tried the double cut pork chop, you won’t eat a pork chop anywhere else. Fresh seafood flown in daily. I’ve been probably 20 times, and it’s never been anything short of five star. You can be casual upstairs, eating in the bar area or dress to the nines if you would like a great date night or coming from work. We drive from Conway just to eat there. And the value for what you get is one of the best anywhere. Always a fabulous night out at 501 Prime! - Jeff in Conway.

   We were visiting from Chicago, looking for some fine dining. 501 fit the bill. The salad portion was generous and delicious. Boston bib lettuce, cucumbers, herbs, cheese and delicious buttermilk ranch dressing. I think I had the largest most tender double pork chop I’ve ever had. My wife’s filet was prepared perfectly. Coffee ice cream finished it up for her and nice rye fashion for me. I would recommend this place highly. Service by Drake was attentive and knowledgeable.

    Very good food. Too pricey Rober in Benton Arkansas has same quality of food/service for half the price but wanted something new! Great waiter👍
