   Jim was our waiter and he was full of information for us about the menus and was very helpful. I had the roasted chicken and it was so good. My wife had the filet, which she really enjoyed as well. He asked if there was a special occasion, which was her birthday. So when we ordered dessert it came out with a nice flare like candle thing, and a message saying happy birthday.

   We came here to celebrate our anniversary and had the pleasure of having Marc N. take care of us. Marc went above and beyond to make this a special night for us. I rarely write reviews but the quality of 618 along with the incredible service provided by Marc was well worth writing about!

   618 is without a doubt the best restaurant in NJ. It holds up to any restaurant in NYC. 618 is always consistent with the absolute best quality food and drinks. The entire experience beginning to end, down to the cool menus and drinks glasses, is second to none.

   Our server Nancy was amazing. The food we had was incredible from start to finish. My husband and I went for the first time for our anniversary and we can’t wait to go back!

   I was impressed by the ambiance of the restaurant. No wonder it's been voted one of the best places to take a date. It was busy, but we did not feel forgotten. My friend ordered the Branzino and it was amazing! I ordered the filet mignon and the Carbernet thyme sauce was delicious. The cocktails were great, too. The pistachio martini was delicious!

   My husband, my MIL and I came to 618 for the first time last night in order to celebrate my graduation from nursing school! prior to our reservation, we sat at the bar to enjoy a drink. the bartenders were wonderful, providing suggestions and going out their way to create a fun experience with the festive holiday drinks. after getting to our table, our waitress Alexis went above and beyond! she was attentive, knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. for dessert, she went above and beyond when she created the insignia of my nursing school on my pistachio martini! it was the highlight of the entire night for me and i am very grateful! the only downside of our dinner is that we unfortunately left our leftovers on the table when we left :( overall a fabulous experience, we will be back! Also, happy birthday Alexis!!

   Food and service were terrific! Our server, Alexis, was top-notch! However, restaurant is just too noisy. Difficult to have conversation.
