Led by Executive Chef Thomas Jacobs since 2018, 8595 is proof that culinary creations can be as personal, powerful, and engaging as any work of art or piece of music. The restaurant exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm, friendly team who made me feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience, attentive without being intrusive. And the food—simply outstanding! Every dish was bursting with flavor, clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chefs have mastered a perfect balance of taste and presentation. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a wonderful meal with impeccable service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can tell you that this restaurant thrives on hospitality. They are by far the best hospitality service I had at any restaurant! From the hostess, to the waitress even to the cook accommodated every request we had and it was greatly appreciated.. they make you feel every concern you have and that goes along way!

Buenas experiencia con un buen servicio.. pedimos el pollo frito , avocado toast y una ensalada wedge acompañado con una cerveza de barril local.. recomiendo que visiten este lugar..

The server was nice made us very special it was our ann and they treated us with a free desert. Then we went to the penthouse we liked that they played jazz. Me and my husband will go back on dates there.

Juan always provides such exceptional service! Had a bday celebration there with my family and even Mr Hobbs came by and sang to the group, felt so welcomed! Manager Dwayne and even the host Bryce took such care and made sure we thoroughly enjoyed every moment! Shoutout to Breanna for taking wonderful photos!! Hats off to the chefs for such talent as well!

Our usual anniversary restaurant was unavailable following Hurricane Helene’s destruction in Augusta, so we booked a table at 8595 instead. From the call to confirm our reservation and preferences, Juan (our server) was top notch. He knew the menu and the wine list, he was very attentive, but not intrusive, and he was exceptionally responsive and friendly. We were welcomed by the manager with champagne and wished a happy anniversary. The deviled egg appetizer was simple and well executed. We ordered beef short ribs and meatloaf (a spicy lamb recipe) and both were excellent. The meatloaf stood out as a twist on the usual comfort food, I hope they keep it in rotation on the menu. We would like to thank the entire staff for making our last minute anniversary dinner pivot a lovely experience! Thanks to all hands on deck this evening. We’ll see you again soon!

Food was great, always an amazing menu. Service is very slow (has been the last couple times I have come here). Regularly had to flag down the waiter and it really was not very busy. Otherwise, one of my favorite spots in Augusta.
