Our executive chef has created genuine Italian dishes in Florence for 15 years and is now able to share a variety of his classic recipes at 900 degrees. One Italian classic is pizza, as our experienced pizzaiolo from
Italy creates each delicious pizza by hand. With wood burning at a flaming 900 degrees, in just 90 seconds he allows the ingredients to harmonize together to craft your authentic pizza to perfection. 900 Degrees is guaranteed to give an authentic experience for family and friends that will have you feeling as if you are truly in Italy.

We had a reservation for 2 and there was only a table near the restrooms or between two very boisterous large group seatings. The waiter was attentive and sensitive to the noise. His recommendations of the Sushi Pizza was excellent - uniquely prepared flatbread filled with savory smoked salmon, cheeses and seasonings and presented as sushi. Lovely. The Carpaccio was paper thin and welk-presented. A full plated giant Calzone rounded out the dinner, but the top was overdone without having had the marinara on top. Overall a good choice. We’ll be back for another meal.

Food was pretty good and the serive was great. We had pizza and salads and cocktails. Pizza was very good. But at 6pm they turned up the music so loud we could not hear each other talk across the table. It was just like a night club music type sound which was bizarre for the very romantic ambience.

The food was well done, music did not fit the setting and made for a poor vibe. The wait staff was not too attentive and the table was not cleaned or plates removed rather once finished. The restaurant was relatively empty. We will try them again but their service needs to improve as well as ambiance.

We feel we were being rushed during our dinner. With server and young man looking to box our food.

This was the first time at 900 Degrees. Me and my family loved this place . The food was great, the atmosphere terrific 👌 and the service outstanding Dorina was amazing. We will be back soon. For now is our favorite restaurant

This was our first time here. We ordered the gnocchi in Parmesan bowl, salad and a pizza. They were all delicious. We also had two desserts that were fantastic. Everything is homemade and tastes fresh. We will definitely be back.
