Neighborhood Bistro offering a diverse menu inspired by seasonal and local ingredients, our small dining room of just nine tables and four bar seats boasts exposed brick & original hardwood floors. Chef Samir & his wife Rachel welcome diners into this intimate space in the heart of Old Town Noblesville.

With a menu that changes every one to two months, a full bar with an eclectic wine list, craft cocktails & mocktails and local beers on tap, we encourage you to try something new at every visit.

Our concept is globally-inspired Bistro fare - we draw inspiration from our own world travels and places on our bucket list to create dishes that will nourish your body and soul. We care deeply about food and where it comes from. We use fresh, local ingredients whenever it is practical, and make nearly everything from scratch. We love sharing our food and hospitality with the Noblesville community!

    Dine-In at the Bistro for a special Ramen Shop Pop-Up on December 29th & 30th. Please note: Our regular dine-in menu will not be available on these dates. Reservations can be made via OpenTable, email, or by calling 317-774-5065. Parties of up to 4 can reserve a table online. Parties of 5 or 6 should email or call. We cannot accommodate groups of 7 or more at this time. We’ll be serving made-from-scratch Ramen Noodle soups, plus Japanese-inspired appetizers, cocktails & mocktails. Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Vegan options are available! Reservations are recommended. Limited walk-ins will be taken subject to availability.

    We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. They treated us well and were so friendly and accommodating. They started us off with a complementary glass of champagne. They were attentive to our needs, but did not interrupt our evening. The food was fantastic as always. Can’t wait to go back.

    We love to dine at 9th Street Bistro. It's like being invited to family dinner. Everyone is so kind and you can't beat the food. Every dish is prepared with great care and taste. We just left and are already looking for our next experience.

    From the moment you walk in till you leave the team takes care of you like family, serving out courses how you’d like them and accommodating to any requests. Food is creative and phenomenal. Great ingredients and you can tell the Chef is so passionate about their food.

    9th Street Bistro is, without question, our most favorite place. The food is always wonderful and so interesting. The chef is truly an artist. The staff is outstanding! They make such an effort to get to know us and remember us between visits. We could not ask for a better experience. For as long as Samir and Rachel want to do this, we will happily support & patronize them. I first found 9th Street Bistro on Indy’s best restaurants. Truly it is the best.

    If you want expertly prepared food, excellent service, and looking for something a little bit different, 9th Street Bistro has it all. We have never had a bad meal or experience there and will be back again!

    5 stars all around. The food is always amazing, cooked to perfection, and arrives at the table at the perfect temperature. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and efficient. They always make you feel like they genuinely want you to a have a great dining experience.

    We love the little bistro. It’s our birthday tradition for my husband. He had the pork over pimento risotto and it was excellent. We always get the burrata as well. Luckily for us the crack carrots were back on the menu. Another great meal.
