At a Modo Mio, you’ll find that our menu is made up of homemade recipes straight from our family’s recipe book back in Italy. Indulge yourself with an authentic Neapolitan Pizza or a pasta made to order, and a glass or better, a bottle of wine carefully selected to pair with your food choices. We’ve created an authentic Italian dining experience right here in Arlington – no need to travel all the way to Italy!

We have been customers of this place when they had the buffet dinner nights (Pre Covid). We love this place with the new menu experience also. However we made reservations for 6:45 on Weds night, we requested a Booth. Note 1/2 price pizza night. You might want to make reservations or wait. We walked up to the 2 young ladies at the front desk gave my name and the time for my reservation. She promptly said someone was setting up our table. As we are waiting 2 guys walked in without reservations and they were seated in a booth another walked in without reservations for 7 people they got seated. The manager comes up and says to us your table is ready and leads us to a table for 2 near the bar. I told him I made reservations for a booth. He promptly looks and sees a booth open and places us on that table. He walks over to the two girls and tells them they need to check the reservations so that he or they can reserve or get a table request done. I suggest the two young ladies review reservations and any request so it can be accomplished

Our waitress is a lovely woman who has been our server many times. Unfortunately, I am bad with names, but I would love to extend our gratitude and compliments for being unfailingly gracious, friendly, helpful, and highly skilled.

A Modo Mia is a slice of Italy in Arlington! The old "Joe's Pizza" was rebranded during Covid, expanding their menu and refurbishing the restaurant -- including adding a bar. The pizza is even better than the old "Joe's Pizza" and the pasta and appetizers are outstanding! Just simply a great place for friends and family to enjoy great food!

This was a celebration of a 79th birthday for my wife. As we are both vegan, the spaghetti with pomodoro was our choice, leaving out the parmesano. The wine - a favorite- Valpolicella from Veneto. Food was excellent as usual. Service prompt. And ambience perfect. All five of us could converse in normal tones. That’s what “My way” should be about.

We love this place. We consider this place a restaurant as home with a family from the community. Last night was no exception, especially on Wednesday night which is 1/2 price pizza night. We sat in a booth, and a large family with a Baby Boy sat across from us. His smiles, laughter, and all-around cuteness made our night special. If you are not into Pizza, try some of their amazing pasta dishes. Ciao Bella!

Love going to A Modo Mio for pizza on Wednesday night when the pizza is half price which offers a fantastic value. We are a tight knit Italian group and we meet there to catch up and enjoy a great Neapolitan style pizza made with genuine ingredients and always delicious.
