   Super loud atmosphere. Literally screaming at my date just to hear each other with 3 other tables within arms reach all doing the same thing. Food was average for $150 pp restaurant but prepared without that "love" that makes it special. Waited 10 minutes after walking upstairs to get sat even with a reservation, as a party of 25 was just standing around. Just a disappointing night overall. I honestly dont know when, or if I'll go back after dropping nearly $600 on dinner for 2. I've spent a lot of time in the restaurant industry...you could have 3 great dinners somewhere else for 1 mediocre shouting match in the city. Super...........super disappointed with Abes.

   Food was perfect! Our server Shane was outstanding! We went for our daughter’s 15th birthday and he made sure it was a very special evening. Was very expensive, but it is to be expected for a fancy Boston steakhouse. Definitely very lively and loud compared to a Ruth’s Chris or Capital Grill. My new favorite steakhouse!

   A classic steak house staple in Boston that did not disappoint. From their flexibility on our reservation and number of guest, to our server Chris who was professional, personable, and flexible, and of course, the amazing food...my guests had a fantastic time, will be back for sure.
