Aboyer (ab-wah-yay), meaning, “to bark,” is a French-American brasserie as imagined by Chef Michael Lachowicz. An American-French restaurant pushing the boundaries of classic cuisine. Pulling from influences all over the world, Aboyer reconfigures classic dishes, but is still firmly planted in classic method and technique, never forgetting where we came from.

Reservations are recommended; walk-ins are welcome. Aboyer requires a credit card to secure all reservations. Please note that reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled booking will incur a $25 per guest cancellation fee & no-shows will be billed at a rate of $50 per guest.

A perfect evening. The food was good, as expected. Having to make a request for special seating due to physical needs, we were wonderfully accomodated, even on a very busy evening. Something we truly appreciate and will not forget. Thank you.

We have had the pleasure of dining at Aboyer/Michaels for many years and always find it a wonderful experience. First time ordering off of the “Happy Hour” menu, not disappointed. Great options, shared a couple (like the gougeres and profiteroles) and enjoyed eating an onion gratinee tart, a mushroom ragout pastry and truffled potato soup each. Very filling and affordable. Spiced fig manhattan with an Amarena cherry was a treat. Service en pointe, not obtrusive. Ambience relaxed, moderate noise level as patrons arrived for dinner. Special for the evening was cassoulet. Love that it is close to home.

We had a wonderful dinner for 12 to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. Junior took care of us so well! He knew everything about the restaurant, food, drinks! We had the best time.

We were welcomed and seated, with the menu explained, and questions answered, and recs given when asked! We started with cocktails and wine (free corkage night!). We shared the escargot and the charcuterie board. What a beautiful selection of cheeses!! Our entrees included Whitefish, the Berkshire pork chop, and the garlic prawns. Everyone was delighted with the choices, which we also shared!! Our server, Mylene, was excellent, with great timing of courses! We were never rushed. Staff members mad it a point to stop by the table to say hello and check on any needs we had. Overall, a fabulous evening of food and new tastes!!

Food was absolutely delicous! Room ambience was lovely. Server was overworked though, and we had to ask for our cocktails that we could see melting at the bar, and then ask to order.... But it all worked out and the food was all prefect- salmon au poivre, steak fries, burger, bistro salad..
