   We were in for the “express lunch” was around 25 mins before our order was taken, there was only 3 or 4 other tables of customers. Everything took forever. Food was great. However part of lunch deal is a cake, as everything took so long we needed to rush back to work. We explained this got the bill but no sign of the cakes we had decided to get to take away. Went to the bar asked yet another member of staff who went away and never returned. There was nothing express about this lunch, food was good and decor was lovely however the brownie was hard and seemed stale. Not sure I would return

   An overall very good experience. Good food and service. Feels slightly new and the staff need to be more knowledgeable about the menu. I would still recommend though.

   Food was delicious, service was great, portions were a little bit small but overall a great lunch experience.

   Gorgeous place but the food was a bit disappointing. I had the Reuben sandwich and the portion size was quite small and the bread was a bit dry. The chips were extra and were nice. It was quiet for a Saturday lunchtime which could be a sign of something…

   We had dinner tonight at The Hazel in Glasgow We thoroughly recommend it as food was reasonably priced and good quality

    What an absolutely delightful restaurant & bar! We have been several times now and no matter what type of customer frequents the place, or what time of day it is, we always have a fabulous time. On this occasion we booked for our Valentine’s dinner, and what a treat we had! On arrival we had THE BEST Pornstar Martini’s we’ve ever had, delivered by an extremely knowledgeable, attentive & outstanding barman. The surroundings are SO sophisticated in the bar, a perfect match for the inclusive & diverse international crowd that’s a pleasure to be amongst. On to our perfect, magical & romantic dinner in the beautiful restaurant complete with a full-size tree and views over Glasgow’s crown jewel town hall. I had the beetroot starter and my husband the salmon, followed by chateaubriand with sides and chocolate love mouse all washed down by champagne and red wine. All the food was of the HIGHEST QUALITY excellently presented. A special mention for our steward, Matthew. He was SO friendly and perfectly attentive. He went out of his way to make ours, and all the other lucky couples, evenings’ a perfect experience. Thanks so much to Hazel for a magical experience we’ll remember. We can’t wait to come back very soon.
