Very tasty food using good produce in a lovely airy setting. The crayfish starter was delicious and I also had the chicken which was scrumptious. The chateaubriand with 2 sides and a choice of sauces for two was good value. It looks like a lovely warm comforting space to just enjoy a drink before a flaming fire if you happen to be in town. Shame it was so quiet because the food is beautifully cooked and presented.

EXCELLENT. This was our first visit to the restaurant, and it didn't dissapoint. It was a Sunday night, so quiet, as we expected. Service was very efficient, and just the right pace. The food was outstanding, and very good value for money. Love the design of not only the restaurant, but all that we saw of the whole AC Marriot hote.

Staff were lovely and decor is great. Don’t order the salad though - it came as a pile of individual piles of leafs, grapes and seeds - terrible!

I have eaten dinner here 3 x and it is always delicious and beautifully presented. This time I also stayed overnight in the hotel and had breakfast. I was impressed with their response to me being coeliac. My breakfast was prepared individually in the kitchen to avoid any issues around cross-contamination, and brought out to my table. Again it was beautifully presented and all in all the staff were delightful and helpful. I only took off one star for the food, because my glass of red wine ordered with dinner tasted not quite "right" (and I have rarely met a glass of red I did not like!) but it was immediately replaced with a different and very pleasant wine, with no fuss. And they do mix a very nice Aperol spritz!

Really enjoyed our dinner. The food was fantastic and when the waitress found out it was our anniversary she brought us a glass of Prosecco each to celebrate. Would absolutely recommend going!
