Welcome to our AC Kitchen Saladero, in the Avenue Escazu, a peaceful and fresh place where you can enjoy with friends or social partners our fusion cuisine between Spanish Gastronomy and Mediterranenan flavors. Our culinary artists Luis Umaña and Lilliam Robles will be pleased to invite you to enjoy our unique menu whit the recommended cava of American and European wines.

In the day you can enjoy a fresh and fast lunch with the Salads Bar and an option of protein of your taste, in the night you can experience our Steak House with the seven different types of salt.

We recommend our combinations between stakes and salts, so you can taste a whole new world of options with it. Not to mention the cava of delicious and selected wines.

El servicio muy bueno , la comida espectacular , , lo único que yo recomendaría es aislar un poco el área de bufete, de lo que es el área de lobby y de discoteca , colocar cristales o algo que no entre tanto el ruido de la disco !! Por lo demás nos parece espectacular

Very impressive premium buffet at affordable price. Great shrimp, squid, beef, and a variety of tropical fruit, veggies, plus quality Spanish ham. The waiter, Stevan, even made a fresh blackberries juice without sugar or ice to suit my taste. Great cappuccino to end the enjoyable lunch, despite the crowd of tourists with noise.
