Food was great. We had three distinctly different dishes (fish/pasta/gnocchi)- they all came out at the same time and were all piping hot. Appetizers were great as well- Aroncini and meatballs- large portions as well!

My family and I went to Acqua Ragazza for my birthday. Everyone loved their meal! We ordered the tortellini with meat ragu, blackened shrimp with saffron risotto and veal scallopini. All were excellent!

We originally requested a regular table and were given a high top. The original waitress that seated us just walked away without ever fixing the issue leaving us just standing there in the middle of the restaurant waiting to be seated. After we were seated, we ordered drinks (which were very expensive $15-22 each). We looked at the wine list but very overpriced! Had bruschetta and arancini for appetizers which were abundant and delicious. For dinner we had the snapper with clams and the veal napoletana. Both were large portion especially the veal and absolutely delicious. For dessert we had the cannolis and limoncello cake. By far the BEST limoncello cake I’ve ever had (light and full of flavor). Cappuccino could have used a little foam but good. I had a Cold Fashioned with bourbon, expresso and chocolate bitters. We did have a lot of good and with two drinks each set us back about $260 (with tip). Probably will not be a regular restaurant we eat at, but could be for a special occasion. The drinks especially are very pricey. Overall I recommend it if you don’t have a budget and don’t mind overpaying for a great meal and drinks. There are definitely more reasonably priced restaurants where we will dine.

Valentine’s Day experience. The atmosphere had a good vibe. It had an aesthetic appeal from the curb that flowed inside to the waiting area with very plush vintage chairs. There were two colorful rotating lights and a small waterfall near the hostess checkin area that had wires and plugs visible to the restaurant. This was tacky. We were seated within a few minutes after our reserved time slot. I noticed right away that even though we were seated at a high top that the chairs were very very comfortable and I was not uncomfortable during the whole meal. There was a bell that kept going off reverberating over the cacophony of noises that was kind of irritating. After being seated, I observed that it was a gold order-up bell. It went off regularly with 3 distinct chimes for a short while but then the kitchen got way behind and waiters did exactly that, they waited at the kitchen. Meanwhile, after putting in our drink orders and then choosing from the way overpriced limited menu ($150 straight for 2 people - which was not on the booking site - it was rated $$ but was definitely $$$). Anyway, gonna shorten this up. Waiting was fair since orders kept getting messed up for us and all tables around us. We waited at least 30 mins between each course. The proportions were skimpy. We had 1 margarita and water. Table next to us left without desert because of the wait. We almost did. When the cannoli’s came they were only bite size and devoured in seconds. Upon leaving, we were given a gift bag with candy and kiddy keychains. The food; what you actually come for, was really good. But all the rest of the aspects will make me choose something else in the future. They need to up their overall performance and proportions. I’ve been to other establishments where all was better at 2/3 the price. The regular menu had this issue too, we looked. 3 of 5 stars.

Our first time there. We couldn't order from the regular menu since it was Valentine's Day. I wish we had been told that at time of booking the reservation. The food was very good.

Our food and service were outstanding, however, the bar service was lacking once more. Our cocktails showed up as the entrees were being served and the wine ordered to accompany the entree arrived just before the last bite of food.
