ACQUOLINA: Mouth-Watering.

Acquolina is an informal, yet elegant Trattoria & Pizzeria where you will find fine food and a fun atmosphere! We strive to provide an authentic Italian experience from plate, to glass, to environment. Please eat, drink, and enjoy! Our expansive menu, extensive wine list, and over 1000 liquor labels, and warm service team will give you a place to return to and share with friends and family.

Open nightly for takeout 5:00pm till Close. See you soon!

Acquolina outdoor patio, located along the restaurant sidewalk. Umbrellas with lighting and a comfortable spacing between tables.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor reservations are for OUTSIDE only, there is NO GAURANTEE to move inside even in the case of rain.

Reservation can be cancelled due to rain or an option will be presented for indoor dining depending on availability.

We always have a great experience at Aquolina. The pasta & service were both excellent. The ambiance is always nice—everyone enjoying conversation & some wine, & happy to be there. Having said that, the music system was cranked up a bit too much this time, & it was harder to hear our waiter, & those at our table. I always recommend this restaurant to others when asked.

Loved the ambience and the food was delicious. From the bruschetta and ahi tuna apps to the pizza, eggplant parm, and seafood pasta everything was terrific. Our only complaints were that it was quite pricey and they rushed us bc they wanted our table when we had only been there 1 1/2 hours.

Atmosphere not very nice. Very loud and tables very close together. Service not great. Worst part was the food. POOR. Eggplant parm was inedible tasted like pure salt, garlic bread was horrible. It had bitter raw garlic on top. Salmon was very bland and dry. Linguine with clams had 20% of the clams unopened. The sauce was bland. So many much better restaurants in Aspen!

When we arrived for a 7:30 reservation we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table as the people sitting there were taking their time. That said the hostess was very attentive at keeping us apprised of what was going on. Our server was terrific, the food was wonderful with generous portions. We all had perfectly prepared pasta dishes as our main course and everyone was very happy with their food. The appetizers & salads were large enough to share and also delicious. No one left hungry or unsatisfied. It's nice to have a such high quality restaurant like Aquolina that isn't priced for billionaires! We can't wait to go back!

My husband and I are long time locals and were in desperate need of a date night. We had not been to Acquolina since the new ownership and WOW, were we impressed! The food, the drinks, the ambiance and most surprising, the service were all top notch! You can check a lot of these boxes at a few restaurants in town, but service is an area we are usually disappointed and have come to begrudgingly accept as part of the Aspen experience. However, we sat at the bar and the bartender was fabulous. Made great recommendations from apps to dessert, cocktails to wine pairings. The support staff was on it but not too intrusive. The food was prepared perfectly and we devoured every bite. The owner was engaged with the patrons and took the time to have a fun chat with us. Days later, even my especially picky husband, is still raving about his veal parm and our overall experience. We look forward to another date night here soon!

Dinner was excellent, table a bit tight but just added to the experience of being part of the evening!

Great atmosphere. Service at first was decent but failed at the end. It took ten minutes to get our bill. Food was ok but not exceptional for Aspen. I expected better after tasting all four meals and I’m not usually picky. Kind of disappointed. Enter with low expectations is all I can recommend. Sorry.
