Adelphia Sports Bar & Grille is a restaurant and bar in historic downtown Charleston, WV. Open every day of the year, including holidays, we serve authentic Greek and classic American fare including a variety of house favorites such as our 5 time Best-in-the-Valley Adelphia Sauce chicken wings, 5 time Taste-of-ALL best of Charleston appetizer deep-fried feta, gyros, Greek salads, wraps, grilled salmon, burgers, quesadillas and more. BRUNCH is served Sunday's 11am-3pm with $4 double pour Smirnov spicy Bloody Mary's and $3 Mimosas all day! Please call ahead for any larger parties. We have a private events room for working lunches or dinner parties capable of video conferencing, live streaming and power point presentations on 4 large HD TV's. It was terrible. Stood at the door for 10 minutes no one came. Found a seat myself no one served me after 15 minutes so I left

It’s average as far as food goes. But my kids liked their pasta and ate it all, which rarely happens when we go out. Service was good, esp as they were busy. For a Greek place, kind of lacking as far as a menu highlighting good Greek food.

Roast beef sandwich was dry and didn’t have much taste. Steak fettuccine was good

Dear Adelphia Customer, We are so sorry the roast beef sandwich was not to your liking. We are however pleased that your steak fettuccine was enjoyable. We use only the highest quality roast beef on the market. It is seasoned on the grill, served on grilled garlic buttered sour dough bread with au jus on the side. We arrived a 5:10pm and ordered our drinks and food. The chef, David Stone, came to our Table and apologized and told us that it was firing up the stove and it make take an extra 10 minutes to serve us. Well, we didnt mind. We ordered a Bloody Mary and a Chardonnay and were in no hurry. Mr. Stone personally served our dinner and it was awesome. It was worth the wait. After my wife and finished our meals, Mr. Stone came back to our table and asked us if we enjoyed our food, we told him that is was great and we appreciated him coming to our table and asking. This was the first time someone came from the kitchen and asked us if we enjoyed the service. I gave our Waitress a generous tip but I also gave the Chef Dave Stone and equally generous tip as well. Guys, Keep up the good work!

Great restaurant! Food was different and unique for a sports bar. I wasn’t expecting Greek. But was not dissatisfied at all.
