A stylish steakhouse, sushi counter and cocktail bar with panoramic views of downtown Toronto, Aera celebrates the art of contemporary American cuisine. Presenting a range of superior steaks and chops, a seasonal raw bar, and creative reimaginings of beloved comfort dishes, Aera promises peak indulgence 38 floors above the city.

Please note that all reservations from 2:30–5pm from Monday to Friday, after 10pm from Monday to Wednesday, and after 11pm from Thursday to Saturday will be offered our bar bites menu. For our full à la carte lunch and dinner menus, please make a reservation during our regular dining hours.

Join us Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm and enjoy drinks and small bites with music from our weekly rotating DJ. Savour one of the city’s most picturesque spots for a romantic nightcap, after hours cocktail, or celebratory bubbles, and in case you get hungry, our shareable menu of bar bites makes for the perfect late night snack. Please note: bottle service requests can be made through our website (aerarestaurant.com).

    food is ok. the service is not great. i called to let them know we were running late since it was snowing and they were quick to tell us that we would be seated by the bar if we were late. our server only visited our table twice; to take our order and bring our bill and wasn’t super pleasant/welcoming as you would expect from a “nice” restaurant. We came for a birthday and my friend tried to ask the server if they had any candles if we were to order dessert which she was so quick to tell us we have to pay for it (which of course we planned on). on the way out we tried asking a girl at the host stand where the washroom was and she just rudely pointed it. the nicest staff in the restaurant was probably the guy that came to fill up our water one time. i was excited to have a nice birthday dinner but no one made our visit great or even pleasant to be honest. i wouldn’t bother spending your time here unless you really like the food.

    The restaurant is beautiful very clean great views very romantic the music was a little too loud the food was very good service very good not the best I have had on ether point besides the restaurant it’s self and the atmosphere the only thing that was outstanding was the carrot cake I mean this was outstanding out of this world by far the best carrot cake I have ever eaten hats off I would return just because of it you really have the best ever I will remember that for years

    Restaurant with a good view and that's all, went there to celebrate anniversary which was noted on the reservation, seems like none of the staff really cares about notes on the reservation. Usually a restaurant of this caliber should acknowledge special occasions like this or at least present some kind of special dessert but don't expect that here. If you are celebrating a special occasion just avoid this place, not worth it. Ordered Lamb chops which was overcooked and poorly presented. Typical corporate operated restaurant with no guest focus in mind. I hope they can turn their guest experience around or else it won't last too long in this economy.

    The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided helpful and insightful advice on the menu based on dietary restrictions. Food was great. Just the drinks could be improved in my opinion

    I booked brunch for my mom’s birthday, and everything was perfect! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the view was amazing. The thoughtful touch of adding her name to the dessert was so nice—it truly made her day.

    The food is average at best. The Pimento Cheese Cornbread is a must!!!! 10/10 definitely recommend.

    Too much black pepper in the Black Pepper Glazed Cauliflower The burger was good, but one can't really mess up a burger. The fries were too oily, and it tasted like the oil needed to be changed. I'm not much of a sauce guy with fries, but I couldn't eat the fries without sauce. The view is stunning but not enough for a proper meal Cocktails are good though.
