We had a delightful afternoon tea, with plenty of lovely food. We were undisturbed, with considerately good service, to enjoy a quiet chat in gorgeous surroundings.

Fabulous afternoon at Fanhams having tea and cakes. Booked as an early Mother’s Day treat with our family. This is my second visit in as many months!

Had a lovely time and staff are fantastic and nothing is a problem for them to sort out on the day to make your event special. We got married at Fanhams and have been going back to the venue several times for afternoon tea and to walk around the beautiful gardens. so I would definitely recommend this venue.

The Afternoon Tea menu had changed and we were pleasantly surprised. The addition of some savoury items e.g. sausage rolls and cheese tart were very welcome. The waitress staff were great and very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely recommend Fanhams.

A great variety of cakes which were a little unusual and very interesting. I would describe it as more delicate than some other afternoon teas I have been to - which was super because you want to try everything! I was concerned about the description of ‘white cups’ in a previous review but the cups weren’t the old fat, square variety that you sometimes see. The service was exceptional. I only wish I could remember the girls name. Super attention and care and she really made us feel welcome.

A lovely, relaxed afternoon, with lots of tea and sandwiches and cake. Waitresses very attentive. Only downside, was the room was rather chilly.

Lovely place for a quiet relaxed afternoon tea. Great food, very friendly staff and good value for money. Only need to ask for more sandwiches or more tea.
