We had a wonderful experience overall-loved the tearoom, live piano playing, and delicious tea and food. We added on guests to our reservation and staff was very accommodating. Only downside was that it came out much more expensive than we anticipated, after automatic taxes and gratuity added in.

Booked as a champagne celebration with a friend. The welcome and service was amazing. The food was beautiful and delicious.. so much we took some home! The teas were exquisite. The piano player added to the atmosphere and when we asked him to play more upbeat music he did - and the whole room seemed to join in. Really lovely special experience. Thank you.

Outstanding service and ambiance was fantastic. Relaxing but still vibrant. Live piano. Tea and bites were delicious. Much recommended!

I enjoyed the afternoon tea. It was a fantastic shop with a calm atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful piano performance, and delicious food. My favorite is the homemade marshmallow, it's absolutely delicious. If you want to enjoy a classic afternoon tea, I highly recommend this place.

Lovely spot but somewhat inattentive staff and very loud live piano player - much too loud for the small room. It was hard to hear each other in conversation. To their credit they took my allergy seriously and kindly provided me a separate tray of goodies. Really delicious scones!

Stunning, beautiful and petite space. The service was impeccable - very attentive without being overbearing. Had a wonderful afternoon tea. The sandwiches and scones were divine! The only disappointment was the cakes - too experimental and not all good.
