The Fancy Fox Patisserie is a beautiful tea room and cake boutique in Broadway West, Leigh-on-sea serving delicious seasonal Afternoon tea, Artisan cakes, Speciality coffee and various other sweet and savoury delights.
We serve lunch Daily. This includes a variety of sandwiches, baguettes and home made quiche. Lunch is served on a walk in basis so pop along and enjoy.
Vegan, gluten free and dairy free afternoon tea is available. (Please note any Dietary requirements and preferences including if a Child afternoon tea is required must be written in your visit notes when booking and a minimum of 24hrs before your visit.)

Fancy A tipple don't worry we've got you covered from tea infused gins to sparkling champagne chilled to perfection there's something for everyone at The Fancy Fox. With our beautiful flower installations it's the perfect place to chill and chat with a glass of wine.

    We had another delightful Afternoon Tea at The Fancy Fox Patisserie. I can't wait for our annual Christmas Afternoon Tea to enjoy quality time with my daughter and mum. 🎄💚 The food, ambiance, and service are always exceptional, and I'm excited to make our next reservation. Thank you! 💚

    We had the most wonderful feative afternoon tea at the Fancy Fox, The decor is just beautiful and all the food is delicious. We have been to many afternoon teas and have to say this is a firm favourite. We we're very impressed with the Gluten free option my friend had. It was delicious and catered for perfectly as always. The service is also fantastic. The staff are so attentive and can't do enough for you. This is our second afternoon tea at the Fancy Fox and won't be our last. We also love the breakfast, it's delish 😋

    What an experience! better than a famous London hotel one we went to recently. You can tell everything is homemade and is delicious. The venue itself is really classic and beautifully festive. The staff could not do enough for us!! Will deffo be back!

    BEWARE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR INTOLLERANCES. My afternoon tea was supposed to be dairy free but was not causing me to be ill. Once alerted, I have received no apology or reassurance that it would not happen again.

    Superb afternoon tea. Huge selection of teas. Deliciously filled sandwiches. Beautiful cakes and scones. Presented in such a pretty way. Service was top quality we had Kerry who was brilliant. I really would highly recommend The Fancy Fox to anyone for an afternoon tea experience!

    My friend and I went to the Fancy Fox for the first time on Saturday for their Autumnal afternoon tea. The food and tea's were delicious. We particularly liked the Japanese Cherry blossom tea and the maple pecan tart. We had a lovely lady called Kerry who served us and she couldn't do enough with topping up our teas, putting the air con on when it was getting rather warm in there. We were one of the last in there and we didn't feel rushed. The decor was beautiful and we had a great experience, we would definitely recommend and looking forward to going back.
