This place was suggested by a friend and it did not disappoint. From the lobby, to the waiting area to the table. We were lucky enough to be seated at a window. All of the food at the afternoon tea was exceptional. Our waiter Diego did an excellent job of recommending champagne and tea. The price was well worth the money, 10/10 recommend.

This was a 'best day of my life' experience. Every part of the experience was outstanding. The food was amazing.

Wir waren zum Nachmittags Tee dort. Die Location ist super das Essen war klasse und der Service durch unsere Bedienung Freddy war erstklassig. Kommen gerne wieder.

Der beste afternoon Tea in London! Tolle Produkte, eine riesige Tee Auswahl (man kann so viel Tee trinken wie man will) und der Ausblick ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Natürlich ist der Service exzellent, so wie man es erwartet. Wir waren schon einmal hier und werden auch mit Sicherheit wieder kommen. Der Preis ist natürlich recht hoch, aber man bekommt dafür auch was!

We wanted “high tea”, big view of the city and to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Ting checked all the boxes and then some! The champagne was icing on the cake.

My parents went for their wedding anniversary and they loved every moment. They gave them a gift for their anniversary and couldn't do enough for them. It was a gorgeous afternoon Lunar tea. The Views were spectacular judging by the photos. Thank you Ting for making it so special for mum and dad.

Breathtaking views of London. We were lucky enough to witness a spectacular pink sunset, accompanied by delicious food and drinks, alongside a delightful service and atmosphere.

This wasn't our first afternoon tea at Shangri-La The Shard, London, and it won't be our last. It may not be the cheapest option in London but it has to be one of the best. You're made to feel welcome from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Fantastic food, fantastic drink, fantastic views and fantastic service - what else could you hope for.
