   My friend & I were very excited to try Agha. We had reserved & arrived at 5:30 pm, only a few tables there. Seemed like we interrupted the hostess's facetime call, she didn't seem impressed. Decor inside is beautiful. We were immediately brought a jug of water and two glasses. Again, no smile, no hello, nothing. After about 20 minutes, we had to flag down someone to place an order. We were never offered a beverage. The restaurant was fairly full by 6:30. Not once did our waiter come by to ask us if things were ok or if we needed anything. We finished our meal, which was mediocre, a little disappointed that the meats were quite bland, not much flavoring, meat was a little tough and the chicken wing was quite dry. Our plates were never removed from our table, again, no sign of our waiter, even though we saw him standing gazing at the crowd a few times, so we can't say he was 'busy'. By 7:30 we got tired of waiting and decided to leave. Again, had to flag down someone to get us our bill. The waiter came over, (finally) asked how everything was, didn't feel like arguing, just said 'fine'. He didn't even ask us if we wanted dessert, even though we were quite anxious to try the kunafa and turkish coffee. We asked for the bill, he just handed us the machine to pay, no receipt was offered, I'm pretty sure we were overcharged but couldn't prove it on the spot. No thank you after paying, nothing. Pretty disappointing. Won't be rushing back there.

   Yusuf was great server, answered our menu questions, made sure food got out to us quick. Atmosphere is gorgeous. Food was outstanding! Definitely will be back!

   I’m not sure if it was because it was a busy day but we had to wave down our waitress many times. She wasn’t super attentive. We had to ask for bread and tea although the table beside us received it. I’ve been to other Turkish restaurant, and their customer service is beyond my expectations. The decor is beautiful, the place is clean, the food was good but the service was lacking. Customer service will definitely influence if I go there again or recommend it to others.

   Service was alright… we were stopped mid order for the manager to answer his cell phone and have a lengthy conversation. The food was very bland, dessert was delicious. Youcef and Kamal were OUTSTANDING though, and the only reason we didn’t give 1/5 stars. Good work boys

   Our family enjoyed our first time eating at Agha Turkish restaurant- service was attentive (thx Shagrahm) and food was absolutely delicious- we ordered the bbq combo for 8.

   The food was delicious, service was impeccable and our server Temam was amazing. It was our first time at Agha but won’t be our last.

   I had a fantastic experience. The kebabs and mix of appetizers were authentic and full of flavor, and the freshly baked bread was a delightful bonus. The ambiance truly transports you to Turkey, with cozy decor and a warm atmosphere. Although it was a bit busy when I visited. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone craving genuine Turkish cuisine

    Food was okay, it was underwhelming. Felt like all the meat had something missing. We had the mix for 2 and lamb chops, there was a lack of flavour. The agha salad tasted like I was eating plain vegetables, there was barely any dressing. I would stick to Sultan Ahmet.
