   The staff are incredible, James treats us like family and Ben does the same. So many great experiences at this restaurant with the team who is always there to make sure the experience is above and beyond every time. The attention to the details and everyone who assists in the experience from valet, to food runners, the bar, the managers ….. it’s one of a kind! My wife and I and our kids love coming over and over, the team is like family to us!

   Always fabulous and our favorite spot. Just one night had a particularly unsatisfactory experience with overcooked steak and scallops tough as leather. Hope the restaurant will improve white wine selection as there were few good choices...and only a French rose.

   This restaurant is incredible. Everything about it is perfection. I knew Al and he will always be missed. They will carry on his legacy. Our waiter Justin was the best. Love their menu. It is vast, but everything that we have had was over the top, tasty! If you have never been, you need to go.

   Food was excellent. Celebrated our Anniversary. Hostess said congratulations while checking in. Waiter brought us champagne and cake after the meal. Excellent job in every aspect

   I was so looking forward to celebrating my birthday celebration with friends but was so disappointed. Curt, our waiter was excellent but the quality of the food was really bad. My Prime Rib was nothing but fat and grizzle. The mashed potatoes were not at all soft and fluffy and the horse radish cream sauce tasted like pure sour cream, However, I will ad that the green beans were good. My friends were also disappointed. One had a ribeye steak that was not the best and considering the cost....left much to be desired I will never return to Al Biernat's. Such a disappointment.

   Al’s cuisine is always outstanding. I am writing this review because our server, Travis, made today particularly special! When the food is consistently great, as it is at Al’s, the only thing that can enhance the experience further is outstanding service. We certainly did receive that from Travis! You should ask for him.

    I expected much more from the food The calamari weren’t crispy. The bread should be tasty and warm instead of slivers of barely tasty strips. The veggies were passable. My boned in ribeye tasted fine. Not juicy and marbled. The desserts were Bo good except for the pecan pie. It wasn’t hot and rich. Too many nuts not enough gooey at all. I couldn’t cut the crust without a knife. The service was outstanding. But a mediocre tasting experience.
