    Incredible service! James (GM) walks around and creates a personable experience. Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    Food and service were fantastic! My husband and I split the 10oz filet and a lobster tail. We got Mac & chz and mushrooms as the side. It was more than enough food for the both of us!

    I sat st the bar. There were at least 4 bartenders but they paid very little attention to me. Maybe it’s because I was drinking tea and water but I didn’t want to take up table just for myself. They gave me a place setting but I had to ask for a menu. I had to ask for bread. I had to ask “are there any specials” and “what’s the soup of the day.” I still gave a pretty good tip but it was undeserved .

    Whenever we need a restaurant to celebrate a special event, we select Al Biernat's in North Dallas. We are never disappointed by the food or the service.

    The food was good but the meal service was very slow. They appeared to be understaffed based on how long it took to get bread and water. The waiter was very professional but may have had more tables than he could handle.

    Great meal and service. The concrete floors were a bit slippery ... perhaps it was my shoes, but I had to be careful when I walked through the restaurant. Would love a Potatoes Au Gratin option.
