WE take Scottish produce and give it an Italian flair. All food cooked by our three Italian chefs. GIanni from Puglia,Costanzo from Capri and Mattia from Rome. We cater for all palates and can provide for most requests. As all sauces, many desserts etc are made in house we can cater better for diners with allergies and food intollerances. We love to serve children but do not provide a separate"kids" menu as we believe children should eat good quality food and similar to their parents, hence no chicken nuggets or sausage fry ups. However we do have chips as who doesnt love them.<br />
Installations pour groupes privés
All ages and tastes catered for. Funerals small weddings special birthdays all welcome. We have a team with many years experience in the hospitality trade. We are both efficient and professional when dealing with large numbers.Summer bus tours are o e of our fortes eapecially in providing meals away from the usual mass produced kind. Latin visitors are usually overwhelmed by our food eapecially after touring The UK where the norm seems to be chicken in all shapes and forms.

I travel a lot all around the world and if you are not too demanding person you will definitely enjoy excellent food and feel like at home.

Excellent Italian food, the pizzas were just like in Italy, just perfect! Definately reccommend!

We were looking for a quick pre-theatre type meal as we had a short time between afternoon activities and a visit to the Citizen's Theatre, Trainspotting, fantastic, but that's for another review site ! Very handy restaurant for both parking and theatre, and welcomed by friendly staff. Restaurants was quiet, around 6pm, we both chose from the 2 course menu. We had Bruschetta and Zuppa di Fagioli to start with a side of garlic bread, the Bruschetta was fantastic. For mains I had Pollo alla cacciatore, nicely cooked and tasted fantastic. My wife had Pennette Amatriciana, she also thought is was really nice. We will certainly go back, when we have a bit more time to relax and enjoy the experience, but the staff and service we received was very good.

Excellent setting, service and food. The service was exemplary, attentive and courteous. There is a relaxed and friendly ambiance and the staff are polite and on hand to satisfy your culinary desires. Highly reccomend Al Dente for choice of food, costs and excellent service.

This place was a hidden gem in Glasgow. Just two blocks off the main drag which was packed, Al Dente was near the waterfront of the Clyde River. Fortunately for us, this location must be keeping the crowds away, Because the food was excellent and the Italian gentleman who waited our table was as pleasant and happy of a waiter I have ever seen. He was literally singing and dancing in the restaurant, Joking with my children which had us all laughing and having a great time. Excellent delicate calamari, delicious crusty garlic bread, and their pasta dishes were light but very flavorful and definitely al dente!

We have visited Al Dente several times over the years and so far never been let down with regard to service and quality of food.
