   Everything was delicious! For apps we got the shrimp and lobster cocktail which came with a cocktail and tartar sauce, but what made it was the lemon curd! We also got the focaccia with a truffle butter that was really good. Entrees we got lobster butternut squash carbonara which was hearty and they do not skimp on the lobster! We also got the scallops that nearly melt in your mouth. I highly suggest creamsicle cloud for dessert. It was the perfect dessert. Oh yeah, the drinks were great too. We got the smoked pear which was dangerously good, it’s also a very well balanced drink. Our server was Mark and he was very nice and made excellent recommendations.

   Ambiance is nice. My chicken didn’t have any flavor, it was very dry, hard edges and bland. The broccoli and cheese wasn’t hot.

   The first time for our group of six to visit Alara - great cozy booth, great service (a Scarlet Oaks grad but we didn't catch her name), great food, great concept (shareable plates)!

   Lovely dining experience and service! Food portions are meant to share and we finally ordered correctly! Always enjoy our time here and didn’t realize they had a back room!

   What a great dinner! It is pricey but not out of the ordinary Only issue was the cold coming from the entrance. Very uncomfortable when the door was open seated near the hostess station.

   Had a table of 6 and ordered food to share. The Tomahawk steak was great, and the caesar salad really a large portion (and uniquely good). Nice bar and the decor will stay in style for many years. First time there and really impressed. Nice staff as well.

    Very over priced. Didn’t live up to the hype. 70 for 4 small fatty lamb chops is way over priced. Beef tip papardelle was all sauce, couldn’t taste the beef, pasta was over cooked. Our entire party was disappointed
