Aldana's Mexican Bar & Grill brings the excitement of stepping into an authentic Mexican plaza to the metro Detroit Area. Rooted in Authentic Mexican Flavors, top-quality ingredients, old-world cooking techniques with modern touches, you are instantly surrounded by the sights, smells, and sounds of Mexico the moment you step inside. In an effort to satisfy the many guests we have wanting to be served by us, we are implementing a maximum hour and a half visit. We have to make sure we give everybody an opportunity to enjoy the amazing experience we have to offer.

I enjoyed the restaurant and the staff and service was impeccable. However, for Mexican food it was extremely bland. I’m not sure why but there’s not even salt and pepper shakers on any of the tables. Is that a new trend I’m not aware about?

Overall we enjoyed our time. We loved the live singer. Our server was horrible. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and then it took her an hour to come back and take our food order. Thankfully the kitchen was fast.

Always a good time. You can practice your Spanish with the waiters.

Understandably when a restaurant is busy, service goes down! Unfortunately we had cold appetizer and food. We had to sent it back and it still came back luke warm. Server was great, but you could tell they were slammed. Maybe better luck next time!

For a strip mall restaurant I found it surprisingly good. Kind of a hidden gem! Fun vibe. Saxophone player was kind of fun walking around. Ordered the fajitas and a skinny margarita, which was delicious chips and salsa solid. being a native text and I’m very picky about Mexican food in Michigan, but this is a place I will go back to.

We went for dessert after a movie that ended at 9 pm. It was all delicious. Some had dessert, but others had some Mexican food. One weird thing is that they don't serve coffee and they never have decaf. I know they are a Mexican food place, but they are in Michigan!

Very affordable New Year Eve meal and great vibe! I drive past this restaurant weekly and never knew what a beautiful space it is! The margarita are plentiful and tasty, the chips and salsa are addictive! My tacos were splendid but the my husband’s salmon tacos were a little spicy but very good! Great affordable choice to end 2024! I’ll be back for happy hour!!
