   Had a happy birthday card/coupon at our table when we got there because I indicated we’re celebrating a birthday. There are not a lot of vegetarian options and I wanted to Caesar salad but they could not remove the anchovies so I was disappointed. Sure ready pizza which was good very cheesy Good ambiance

   We’ve dined at Alena’s on many occasions and we’ve never been disappointed. I was pleasantly surprised to hear the evening special, which was veal cheeks on polenta with seasonal veggies. One word, delicious. My better half had the roasted chicken. It was moist, tender and full of flavour. We enhanced our meals with wine which complimented the dishes. As I mentioned earlier, Alena’s never disappoints. Please keep offering innovated specials and we look forward to our next evening out at Alena’s. Cheers.

   Our table placement was absolutely perfect, tucked into a little corner in the back. We had an older gentleman as our waiter and it was the best service we have received in a while. The food and drinks were also amazing with fantastic recommendations. Second year in a row coming here for Valentine’s Day and will 100% do it for upcoming years.

   I had the Alena pizza on cauliflower crust. It was fantastic! Great service, great space timing between appys and dinner. Definitely return.

   We booked Alena for my birthday and it was an amazing restaurant Great food, Great people and Great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fine dining at a great location in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We will be back for another special occasion. Thank you
