   I made a reservation three weeks in advance, specifically requesting a cozy, romantic spot, as this was our first Valentine’s Day together. Our reservation was for 8:30, but we waited over 10 minutes. When we were finally seated, it was in the most exposed, central area possible, surrounded by other couples, making us feel more like a shared table than a private evening. At first, when I reminded them of my request, they simply said, "We do not guarantee specific spots." I pointed out making a reservation weeks in advance clearly meant it was important to us, and if they could not make it, they should have mentioned it when I booked, not on the night when all other restaurants were fully booked and we had no other options. After some back and forth, they finally offered us another table, which was a bit better, still between two tables, but with a bit more space. However, the discomfort was with us all night, and it was far from the romantic setting we requested three weeks ago. The food was undeniably good, but the overall experience left us feeling disappointed and uncomfortable certainly not what we expected for such an occasion. Despite the quality of the meal, I am not sure I would return.

   We had a booking at 8pm, we reached a bit late due to bad traffic, but had called them and told them we would be a bit late. However, we had to wait another 50 minutes after we reached. There were at least 20 more people like us who were all waiting for more than 30-45 minutes for their reserved tables! We are World travellers and have been to thousands of restaurants all over the world-this was the worst experience of our life!

   Hi Sunil thank you for your feedback. Although you were late we did offer you a table in our lower level. This was not to your liking and you decided to wait for a different table. You were presented with the option to be seated right away and declined it. The night was fully sold out and we did our best to accomodate late arrivals rather than decline them. We hope you understand our team worked hard to make it a special night for all our guests.

   I like the service as the server was so nice and polite and the food was amazing. I recommend other people’s to visit the restaurant and ambience was top notch according to my expectations.

   Had a wonderful experience and meal at Aleria, great shareables and drinks and the service was PERFECT. yummy food too, saganaki and dips are a must.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at a restaurant where my chicken was served raw. Instead of offering me a new plate, the staff took my plate back, removed the chicken I had cut into, cooked it more, and then returned it to me on the same plate. I noticed this because I had cut into the potatoes and the dipping sauce was in the same spot. While I appreciated the festive Christmas decorations and the friendly staff, I couldn't overlook how they handled the situation. They didn’t provide a clean plate or a new dish, nor did they offer any accommodation for my meal or even my drink to apologize for the inconvenience. I was really let down by the service, especially considering that raw chicken can be quite serious. Because of this experience, I wouldn't choose to go back to this restaurant.
