We thought to try this restaurant while visiting Las Vegas, we redeemed $50 OpenTable Rewards money, but surprise surprise the server who has attitude since we walked in to this place by the way, he refused to take the Mastercard money as directed by OpenTable and walked twice back and forth to ask his manager, still acting like this is a scam and they never heard about it. According to OpenTable Representative, this is odd since they worked together for a while. I offered him, the server to follow the instruction on the Mastercard and go ahead charged us up front with that Mastercard and I will hand him another credit card for the price difference, he refused and instead so worry about if they are going to charge for the leftover foods. Since the first 5 minutes he interacted and explained about how this menu worked, he repeated many times and sounded like a threat on how he will charge for the leftover foods we ordered. Really? This restaurant is nothing but unprofessional with horrible smell, dirty oily floor and it's very unfortunate that OpenTable choose to work with them. Thankfully we left without any regret about not eating here, and hopefully this bad experience will not happened to other diners. Thanks to Sergio from OpenTable, we received our money back and will choose other restaurant on their list to dine. Such a waste of time to even consider eating at this restaurant.

First time here and we did not expect the best. However, we ordered few plates of meat it took 30 mins and nothing came. We called the server and they said it sent to the kitchen already. Turned out the kitchen did not receive the order until the server went to grab it. Another round happened which we waited for another 30 mins and another server came out asked if we wanted to order more. We informed her we ordered 30 mins but nothing came. She checked on the tablet and went to the kitchen to ask, again the tablet did not communicate with the kitchen. Seriously we would never write a review like this but the Manager or owner needs to check on this. If you provide great customer service, customers will be happy with what they pay for.

Service is overall great, and they bring out meat plates quickly. Meat quality is good overall, not necessarily the best, but definitely hits the spot.

In general, it’s not a restaurant which cost $45+ per person (buffet) . Food quality poor , service quality not there ….

First time doing korean bbq, and it was worth it. The food was good and fresh.. Our server was very helpful and patient with us she explained everything to us .I didn't get her name, but thank you so much for your patience. Drink little pricey, but everything else was perfect. Will try again

Just not what I expected. Everything tasted the same . We got our “fill” but wouldn’t go back. Not a 4.7 as reviews suggest.
