Allium is an independent, family-run restaurant, serving the very best of modern British cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere, located in the centre of the beautiful cathedral city of Salisbury.

                                                      Busy Saturday night, but despite there being only one lovely lady front of house, the service was excellent. Lovely food, would recommend.

                                                      The service and food was excellent , we thoroughly enjoyed the meal . The restaurant has an excellent location overlooking the Market Square Unfortunately the room lacks any sort of cosyness or ambience, with all the tables just set out in a grid pattern It was valentines night but you never would have known , no nod to the celebration , no music

                                                      Fantastic food and good value for the quality of the meals - we will be returning soon. Pig cheeks and the Guinea Fowl were particular highlights.

                                                      Simply the best restaurant in Salisbury. Good choice of dishes, the beetroot and goat curd is to die for, and solid variation of wines and other drinks. This is tucked away above Costa Coffee on the Marketplace and if you blink you miss it! Definitely worth a try.

                                                      This restaurant provides a good varied quality menu with both the food and service being exemplary. On my visits to Salisbury I would always select The Allium if it is available.

                                                      A lovely Midwinter meal, we particularly recommend the spiced fish soup (with perfectly cooked scallops), which was delicious and exactly right for this time of year. The hake and duck mains were especially impressive. Service was friendly despite the restaurant being very busy. Looking forward to going again.
