   Kind of odd that it attracted to a Senior Citizen property, but the food was great and so was the service. The bar area was small but nice and a good place for a drink before dinner. Nice place for a quiet dinner, and most likely not a place to take little kids. However the place is full of old folks so I am sure it would be fine.

   We had a very good experience. When my husband ordered ice tea it was flavored, which he doesn't like, so the manager took it upon himself to brew regular black tea just for him. Our waitress was new but very sweet and attentive. Alma's was great about substituting for things we would prefer (sides) without an upcharge. We will definitely go back. Lemon tart was delicious and even came with a piece of chocolate wishing us a happy anniversary.

   Retirement facility, table wasn’t cleared once. Food was good for price

   Not the same Alma. Service is terrible, menu has changed. Food is still good, but the things that made Alma, Alma, are no longer there.

   I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the menu and food! My last visit I had an exquisite Caesar Salad tower-last night I ordered the Caesar Salad and it came out as a large bowl of chopped romaine, ribs and all, small amount of shredded parmesan and some kind of flat crouton-without dressing ! The dressing I was brought had no resemblance to any Caesar dressing I had ever had! The Gulf Coast Drum Ponchatrain was quite good but the presentation for a stephen Pyles restaurant was definitely lacking. Not sure who or why menu was changed AGAIN but it is not what I would expect from Stephen Pyles! Maybe the age group of The Hacienda has had too much influence! Sorry- but I am a foodie and was very disappointed in a special night out.

    The service and the food are always excellent. Beau, or waiter, is very professional and is very attentive and knowledgeable.
