No fault of the staff but there was a rather loud and obnoxious table sat next to us. Everyone around us complained. I understand people have fun but they were not only ridiculously loud but swearing and saying crude things whilst filming those around. Felt uncomfortable the entire meal, which was shame as the food was lovely and our sever was nice. I just think the staff should’ve told the table in question to be slightly more considerate of other diners. I understand they were a big table and spending a lot of money but it felt as though all other guests didn’t matter. Me and my mum were planning to stay for a cocktail and a desert but left before even finishing our mains and drinks properly as the volume was beyond a joke. This isn’t a bar or night club and just ruined our whole experience unfortunately:(

Staff were very friendly and attentive, food came pretty quick which was good for me and my friend. Burger was delicious, fries were even better. Only slight downside was that our drinks were salty. Apart from that, 11/10 great service, would go again :)

First time here, just booked before seeing a concert. Great vibe, great music, attentive staff and probably the best burger I’ve ever had! Great value for money, would recommend

The price of the Crack Shack didn’t reflect in what arrived at the table Smaller than expected However, an amazing amount of Tater Tots for one portion

What can I say? Big expectations- and bigger disappointment. I’ve booked a table, in advance. When we arrived- we were seated at the dirty, sticky table. When I’ve asked a lady to clean it she sprayed the table -and myself as well with chemical spray. So unprofessional.. Booked bottomless brunch 37.50, got charged some extras god knows why. Burgers? Small, not seasoned properly, fries were soggy too sweet and just bad.. I’ll never ever come there again.

Booked a table for 5pm on a Saturday. Seated quickly and ordered drinks and food shortly afterwards. Drinks were great…cocktails 2 4 £15 and they didn’t have to be the same 2… great tasting cocktails too and looked great. Food arrived shortly after 1st drinks, delicious! Another round of cocktails as no set time for the 2 for £15 cocktails. Everything was great, food drinks and service.

We went here for our daughter’s birthday on Halloween. We ordered 12 wings to share among our family of four, but they were extremely salty. When we mentioned this to the waitress, she responded, “Oh yes, they’re salty because of the barbecue sauce,” which wasn’t accurate. The wings tasted overwhelmingly salty, and we felt the excess salt was from the wings themselves, not the sauce. The burgers, shakes, and kids’ meals were fine, but the chicken strips served for kids were overly spiced. Overall, it seems there’s an issue with their chicken marination. We weren’t happy with our experience—it was our first visit and, most likely, our last.
