   First time having dinner w/ my wife at Aloha Steakhouse. We were seated outside that wasn’t bad. We were worried about the street noise but hardly affected the dinner and people watching is fun. Service was great, very kind, attentive and friendly. Drinks were inconsistent, I had 3 old fashion’s and neither were made the same. Too strong, not enough, missing cherry and/or orange peel. Appetizers: Garlic shrimp was badly breaded and too oily, Ahi poke was very good. Food: Dry aged rib eye was ok, not worth $97 Lobster Mac n Cheese- dry, not cheesy, they threw a little 4oz lobster tail on top we had to cut on our own. Expecting it to be cooked in with the Mac similar to Ruth Chris. Prosciutto wrapped asparagus- practically raw and could’ve used a minute or 2 extra. Overall expected a bit more and paying $300 plus for dinner left us feeling a little cheated. Try for yourself but wouldn’t recommend. There are other great steakhouses in the area, Ruth Chris, Prime Steak House, Morton’s

   My wife and I are locals and have eaten at pretty much every notable restaurant on Oahu as well as the other islands. We have been meaning to try Aloha Steak House as it looked to have an awesome vibe. We are so glad we did. The food is on point with any high end steak house. In fact, it’s better. It’s not a pretentious place, the service is amazing. Loreal took great care of us with recommendations and made our night memorable. My filet was medium rare plus with a char and was perfect. My wife’s twin lobster tails were scrumptious. You have to order the arugula burrata salad, the Brussels and bacon and French fries. Top it off with Watermelon ice cream. Incredible! Did I mention the drinks? The Mai Tai should be on the list of Honolulu’s Best. This is our new date night spot for sure.

   はじめて訪問しました。テレビの影響か日本のお客さんばかりでした。予約後こちらが何も言わなくても、日本語メニューやお箸の準備があり、おすすめも教えてくれました。ステーキもビールもその他サイドもとにかく全てが美味しくて、接客も最高でした。ハワイ旅行で人気店ばかりいった中でもここはダントツで良かったです！また絶対に行きます。

   I cannot remember the waiters name but he deserves the upmost credit. I hate the fact I do not remember. He moved to Hawaii from Oregon, great guy. He gave us exceptional service and great advice. One of the best waiters I have ever had.

   Not recommended- the food was good but the lights were blinding - very high and hot, shining onto the table. We asked them to be lowered but were not. We were rushed- repeatedly asked to remove plates. Would not return.

   Our experience was underwhelming. Two steaks were overcooked. Drinks were delicious. Watermelon machine was down. King crab was delicious.

   It was our first time and we loved the vibe of the restaurant. The service and food was on par with other steakhouses for sure.

    Some of the worst food we’ve had so far on this visit to Honolulu. Definitely not worth the price. Service was terrible and very slow.
