   The Gondola Experience is one to not miss out on. Great experience, ambience, food, and service! It’s a very intimate setting and great for couples or even friends to gather and enjoy. Put on the speaker and enjoy your time.

   I think there was a bit of a language barrier in terms of a stationary gondola vs a meal sitting in a moving (view) gondola. The gondola had a pretty strong gondola smell and a lil stuffy. They did give us a Bluetooth enabled device to play our own music which was nice. It was an enormous amount of food served which was almost comical. We offered to pay the regular price as it was pre fixe, but to just bring less quantity of food so as not to waste it. They really couldn’t understand this and we sat there dumb struck at food spread before us. It was generally pretty good just so overwhelming. Overall not worth it. There’s no way a sane human can eat all this or enjoy it. We are sitting in a stationary gondola with zero air circulation and quite honestly the food was just for show— nothing particularly special or memorable. Service was friendly. Not a luxury or cozy experience but maybe super fun for kids or a group just looking to do something cute. Definitely not worth the money we spent. One thing that was gross was the giant food tray was carried over by a girl whose hair was dipping into the food. Totally unhygienic and since there was too much anyway, we didn’t touch it.

   This was an amazing experience. My wife and I did the private gondola for our anniversary dinner and I absolutely recommend doing it! We will be back for sure in the future.

   We took our four kids (13, 11, 9, 6) for the Alpenrose Gondola Experience and it was our favorite dinner while in Vail. The Gondolas are meant for 4 adults but they allowed us to squeeze in all 6 of us. It was tight, but not uncomfortable. The service was great, our server came often to check on us. The food was delicious and just the right amount. It's not a traditional fondue where you dip in the pot, but there is a small grill for steak/shrimp/sausage and mini trays to melt cheese with bread/potatoes/cauliflower. It ended up being cheaper than some of our other meals where the kids menu is still $20+. Highly recommended!

   A wonderful experience did not disappoint. Fabulous food, ambience service. Cannot wait to go back a big thank you to our Server Mara originally from Romania. She made my birthday extra special. Thank you

    We had a great time with this experience. We had 4 people and all 4 ordered the fondue experience. Honestly, we could probably have gotten away with only ordering 2 or 3 people's worth, as it was SO much food and lots left over. Everything was tasty, the service was very attentive, and it was so fun to have the speaker provided to listen to our own music. I was worried it would get cold as it is outdoors, but it really heats up in there with the body heat and the grill going- we had to crack the windows at one point.
