    We had a lovely dinner experience. Between the ox, snitzel and bratwurst and all of them were fantastic! Our servers was very friendly and made the recommendations. Overall we’d recommend.

    We arrived for our reservation and we were immediately seated in the cutest window nook. My husband had a Dunkel and I had a glass of Prosecco- loved the glassware. Our family of four split two orders of cheese fondue, a pretzel, and bratwurst. It was delicious! One order of cheese fondue would have been enough for us. Service was wonderful! Highly recommend this iconic spot, it’s worth the hype.

    Alpenrose was very atmospheric. The food was delicious and excellently presented. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal both adults and children alike!

    Such a fun experience to share with a group. Loved sitting outside on the heated enclosed patio. Were able to share a variety of appetizers that we all loved!! Entrees were wonderful and ample size. It was snowing outside and with all the holiday lights felt like we were truly in Germany!!

    This is our favorite lunch spot in Vail. I always get the smoked salmon dish, my husband always tries something new. We brought the kids this time and were happy to find a kid-friendly menu offered along with the usual menu. We look forward to our next visit to Alpenrose!

    We came here for a Christmas dinner based off photos and reviews it is more a grab a beer with super uncomfortable seats and leave quick because so many kids and people are staring you down. Even sitting on the floor wanting your seat. We left after appetizers.
