    First time in NYC and wanted to try a nice restaurant out. All I can say is I’m so so glad I chose to go there, food is delicious and the service is incredible! Very pretty place too, highly recommend!

    I HAD NEVER EATEN RAW FISH AND I ATE IT HERE WITH MY WIFE AND WE LOVED IT, THE STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE, WE LOVED IT We came from CT Here to spend a good Valentine's Day and the food here was one of the best parts , We Will Definitely Be Back !!!! 🙏🏽

    It was our first time here and it was outstanding! The service, the food, the ambiance, the knowledge of the menu which really made us comfortable in ordering what was recommended. We loved everything about. Even being accommodated for valentines day was the cherry on top.

    We totally enjoyed our early weekday splurge at Altair. The entire staff was warm and gracious from the hostess to the bartender who dazzled us with a fun cocktail creation mixe at the table. The food was spot n from the warm, rich pumpkin brioche, to the perfectly seasoned mushroom ravioli and sea bass. At one point a very large party was being seated with tables being rearranged that was a bit chaotic, but it quickly settled down and we enjoyed the rest of our dinner. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion and its location makes it a perfect pre-theatre dinner.

    Had a great time passing by to grab drinks at the bar in their Bar Room! Bartender Steven made the tastiest dirty vodka martini! Later Bartender Roy took over and made several old fashions for my boyfriend. The staff was very friendly suggesting items on the menu we should try next time and even letting us know about their proper dining room in the back of the hotel lobby. Will definitely be back to have dinner here and drinks as long as these guys are making the cocktails!

    Food and service was exceptional. Lovely, hidden gem which makes for a good pre-theater option and well worth the few extra blocks to get there.
