Overall this was a very great experience. We have been here a few times and this is one of our favorite newer restaurants. The only downside to last night is they had some items unavailable due to lack of supply from their distributor. Edit: thanks for your reply, it was the plantains and one of the breads (sorry I don’t recall) that was unavailable. We still love your place!

Great spot! Food was all delicious and very reasonably priced for what you get. Ambiance was great, they had live salsa music which was a nice touch.

Great atmosphere, but the service was very slow. The staff was very polite, but it took them a very long time to bring orders to the table. The food was okay, but I had to order at least 3 different times because they kept coming out to tell me they were out of that particular item in the kitchen or at the bar. I was disappointed when I was told that I had to come back after 3:00pm if I wanted ropa vieja. Apparently, such a popular dish isn't served at lunch. They were also out of ingredients at the bar and kept telling me to order a different drink. On top of that, the coffee tasted burnt! All in all, it was an incredible let down to a trip that I had really been looking forward to.

Items mentioned in the Menu card were not there and was not told before order. After ordering it was mentioned vendor issue on this item. No sorry was told neither no replacement. No plantain chips, but menu says everywhere
