The service especially stood out! That said, everyone was more than satisfied with their meal selections, and the mezze portions were larger than expected. Pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accommodating as our group was larger than we originally reserved for.

Food is delicious and so is the ambiance. Attitude of the hostess less than desirable. A restaurant of this caliber that won’t sit the guests until the whole party is there is very disappointing.

I will tell you the ambiance and place overall is very nice and upscale. The food is subpar. Nothing we ate was amazing for the price we paid. Service was lacking. The food took longer than it should have. Not running back to Amal anytime soon.

We would love the restaurant even more if the service would be improved. They take very long to get orders in, and then they rush through the food service one plate after another. The pace is totally off. The food is of great quality and delicious.

We received our usual very friendly welcome from Luis and his team. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and imaginative, even the chicken wings tasted exotic with spices and a great dipping sauce. The octopus is also a must. Try a Lebanese wine, you won't be disappointed. All in all we had a very enjoyable Saturday evening

My mother was Lebanese, she was famous for her cooking. I grew up eating such fantastic food. This Lebanese restaurant has the closest taste to my mother's food, I and all the friends and family I have invited to this restaurant share the same opinion. In a previous review my only suggestion was to have Arabic coffee (popularized as Turkish coffee) and yes, now they have Arabic coffee! The food is like homemade, tasteful, elegantly presented, varied. The service is excellent, you can tell how well trained their staff is. The place is elegant, well lit, clean, great atmosphere. I really like and recommend this restaurant. I live in Chicago and make 3 day trips to Miami just to eat here 2 or 3 times a year
