Wir wurden von 2! Türstehern recht unfreundlich empfangen, obwohl wir reserviert hatten. Mussten dann unsere Jacken abgeben und konnten dann Platz nehmen. Drinks waren mittelmäßig. Sind dann nach einem Drink wieder gegangen. War immer recht gern in der Amano Bar. Scheinbar gab es einen Betreiberwechsel. Kann man nicht empfehlen.

The reservation didn’t actually make any sense. The rooftop is closed due to season, and the bar beside reception has no capacity even reservation was done prior

Mir wurde am Tag der Reservierung, eine Stunde vor „Termin“ einfach abgesagt. Die Begründung der Dame: Kann ich ihnen auch nicht sagen. Die haben halt zu. Als Ersatz hätte ich mich mit meinen 7 Geburtstags Gästen an die Bar an den Tresen setzten können. (In dem Hotel in dem die Amano Bar ist, gäbe es wohl noch eine normale Bar) All in all, einfach nur enttäuschend und unprofessionell. Ich verstehe, es kann immer mal unerwartet etwas sein, aber bestimmt nicht eine Stunde vor „Termin“ bei einer Bar.

Ich war gestern total enttäuscht. Die Musik war die reinste Katastrophe. Ich bin immer gerne in die Bar gekommen aber nach gestern und dem wohl neuen Konzept werde ich nicht mehr kommen. Haben gestern nicht einmal getanzt. Vorher lief immer tolle rnb Musik aber gestern !!! Es war dadurch auch total leer! Das einzige was gut war, war der Kellner Veli.

This was promoted as a restaurant and I made a dinner reservation. When we arrived…it was a bar with no food…wasted money on a cab to get to a business that was promoted on Open Table as a restaurant and it wasn’t. Not sure who to be upset with…

Es war wie immer alles super, außer der DJ hat uns diese Woche nicht so gefallen. Der Kellner war super lieb und aufmerksam.

Ich kann die Amano Rooftop Bar nicht empfehlen. Mehrere Punkte haben mich sehr gestört: 1. der Service war schlecht. Obwohl die Bar nicht voll ausgelastet war, haben wir mit Sicherheit 10-15 Minuten darauf gewartet, Getränke zu bestellen. Erfolglos, der Kellner kam nicht, am Ende sind wir selbst an die Bar und haben unsere Getränke bestellt. Der Kellner wirkte unmotiviert, und auch nicht herzlich oder einladend. 2. in unseren Cocktails (wir hatten zwei verschiedene) war jeweils relativ wenig Alkohol, trotz der Preise von immerhin 13 € je Cocktail. Die Cocktails waren auch nicht in schönen Gläsern serviert und auch nicht, wie ich es sonst aus anderen Bars kenne, aufwändig dekoriert. 3. die Aussicht der Rooftop Bar ist sehr bescheiden. Man würde aufgrund der Bilder online denken, dass man einen schönen Ausblick auf Berlin hat. Das ist nicht der Fall. Die Aussicht ist beschränkt. Auch generell ist die Bar langweilig dekoriert und ausgestattet, ich habe wirklich besseres bisher gesehen. Alles in allem überhaupt keine gute Erfahrung, werde nicht mehr wiederkommen. I cannot recommend the Amano Rooftop Bar. Several points bothered me: 1) the service was very poor. Although the bar was not crowded, we certainly waited 10-15 minutes to order drinks. Unsuccessfully, the waiter didn't come, in the end we went to the bar ourselves and ordered our drinks. The waiter seemed pretty unmotivated and not warm or welcoming. 2) There was relatively little alcohol in each of our cocktails (we had two different ones), despite the price of €13 each. The cocktails were also not served in nice glasses and were not elaborately decorated, as I have seen in other bars. 3) the view from the rooftop bar is very modest. You would think from the pictures online that you have a nice view on Berlin. That's not the case. The view is limited. The bar is also very boringly decorated and furnished, I've really seen better. All in all, not a good experience, won’t come again.

Guten Tag, ich war zum ersten Mal in Ihrem Lokal, angenehme Atmosphäre, freundliche und lächelnde Kellner... aber insgesamt machte es keinen sehr guten Eindruck: Der Kellner schenkte meiner Freundin einen Cocktail ein und ließ ihn im Vorbeigehen auf sie fallen. Wir hatten auch eine große Gesellschaft und dementsprechend viele Gläser und alles andere auf dem Tisch, wir haben selbst darum gebeten, dass unser Tisch gereinigt wird, wir hätten uns etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gewünscht. Es wurde auch ein wenig traurig, dass wir an einem so warmen Sommerabend um 12 Uhr alle zum Gehen aufgefordert wurden (

Die Aussicht ist nicht besonders, dafür sind die Mauern zu hoch. Die Cocktailauswahl war sehr klein und der Service nicht wirklich gut.
